    NEAT Summary: get active throughout the day!!!!
    even if it comes to 20 min every hour -
    Examples:
    - 20 min walk after breakfast/lunch/dinner,
    - every 1 hour 25 squats/jumping jacks/
    - movement during cooking itself like bending/sitting
    - 10k steps per day
    - Do movements in summary!
    - stretching /light stretching
    - take phone calls on walk or taking steps on stairs
    - Don't compensate this activity by adding more snacks, its important not add up your calories, but its important to remove calories by these extra workouts.

    Thank you Luke. I must tell you my story of discipline/indescipline. Though I am in my 70th year due to God's grace I don't have any major health issues. I think I don't know how to relax. I can't even drink a cup of tea or a glass of water and for that matter even my breakfast in a sitting position. I would be doing this and that always. I think it's not good for digestion. Am I right? I also eat very less quantity.
    The other part of my story begins at night. I will not sleep. I will scrub the bathroom floor.I will read or scribble poems, also simply sit and think about how people suffer in many different ways. This is the time when I start eating. I have stopped keeping sweets at home. Still I eat.
    Something or the other. As advised by you I will surely do whatever you have asked us to do. But please advise me specifically about my eating habits. In the evening I walk on the terrace for half an hour looking at the sky. I can't go for morning walk because of my special granddaughter. I know I have no excuses. The only thing I can do is I can love people unconditionally. God bless you. Love and blessings to your daughter.

      Doesn't seem like he responds? I'm 60 now, very recently complimented by a doctor recently who said he would not have guessed my age if it was not in his file. Basically what Luke has advised before - plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, especially greens, whole grains, pulses, legumes, nuts and seeds. I can't excercise due to fibromyalgia, a bad back, leg and hips, so I try do basic yoga stretches.

      There are no ways to reduce only upper body fat and lower body fat. Spot reduction is a myth. Do cardio and resistance training, fat loss happens homogeneously.
