For anyone else learning Illustrator, in the first example when he says "Your text must be outlined"... after typing your text select with black arrow then go to TYPE/CREATE OUTLINES.
On the 2nd example 1:48, the Depth was already outlined? Or do I have to use a font that is an outline font. I couldn’t duplicate your example when pulling the black outline with Option selected, Al,that does it makes a duplicate copy with Option? Thanks, I watch all your videos 🙏
