I think this is a great tut and I like how you use the curve tool. However the way you colored by duplicating that many shapes I think that was not economical. Also I was thinking you were going to work on the lines and not leave them so straight and same weight. I guess that was the style you were going for which BTW looks good too.

@7:44 seems like a lot of extra work to paste in front then move it down in the layers panel, when you could much more quickly copy and paste all of the shapes into your color layer.

I dont understand when I draw the cornice part of the mountain and connect to the original point it overlaps everything and doesnt do the same thing, what am I doing wrong? Every new shape just overlaps everything instead of combining. Sorry Im new to this program

It did show at 2:20 to hold Option (for Mac). Holding Alt is for PC which was probably not explained.
