Oh, for sure. I just don't know how else to phrase it you know? Maybe stackable I suppose. Its not like ~10 years ago where it was a Duet, for example.
@bensappliancesandjunk Absolutely. I call them Frontload's too. Differentiates in my brain, from the dryers that have a topload washer counterpart. Just thought it was funny!
I feel like "top load dryer" is pretty common in the industry to mean "dryer that matches a top load washer"... but I wonder if we would be better off referring to where the control panel is.. "front control" or "top control"?

I'd check wiring harness to front plate/UI. If that is fine and its truly brand new, call WP and tell them
I took the top off and found the control board was never plugged in, after replacing my breaker and 220 outlet
All dryers are frontloads... lol jk. Thanks Ben for another great video!

Actually, i have a top load dryer, it's a Thomson.

Fisher Paykel made a top load dryer, changing a belt on it was awful
