That was awesome, also his theme in battle, they should have done in first place! But i think very fast moves was excesive, maybe only for light attacks could fit and heavy attacks are slow.
The mod itself changes Galactus' color by default, I think you can find the mod in Nexus mods, but it has been a while since the last time I checked, so... I dunno.
Once you install the mod (make sure to NOT use the skip to Galactus fight patch in the .exe file, otherwise Galactus mode will break), just enter Galactus mode like you usually do.
