I have the buds, insane sound quality but they keep falling off my ears, too big and heavy, that's the only weak point of getting it, if you have small ears or sweat easily, forget them. They WILL fall.

They're old and junk. JBL didn't start to make good eadbuds until 2021 or so with their higher end products. The original Live Pro + and Live Free were great. But everything in the Tune line up from that time including the Tune 225 were basic junk. The Tune Flex are worlds better in every way.
They are great for the time that they work but one bud always stops working after a few months. I'm on my second pair since the right bud stopped working for the first pair and now the right one isn't working again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy them. It isn't worth the money for only 3 to 5 months of functionality.
Just went from my 4 year old AirPods Pro to jbl Tune Buds. 1/3 of the price of AirPods Pro and almost sounds identical. The AirPods seem to be a bit louder though. Doubt this will last me 4 years like the AirPods, but that's okay.
JBLs are 5/10 I would never buy them good thing I got them for free. Go with Apple I’m serious I’ve used Apple first and now using JBL I really can’t stand them I’m going to switch very soon

The Live Free 2 don't fall out of my ears. I had the Tune Buds and experienced the same issue with them falling out.

You must take off the pre installed rubber tip before attaching a sealing tip
