If you like how they work with the stock silicone tips, just try them with Comply Premium Truegrip PRO tips (model TW-200-A). It wakes them up in a BIG way. Okay, the bass around the 60-70hz region is a touch over emphasized for my preferred uncolored sound flavor, but the lower bass and subsonics are outstanding (important for some of the musical works I like to listen to), the mid range opens up, and the highs are just a little more crispy clear. These tips also makes the noise canceling & ambient aware features work even better (though I don't like the hollow hiss the ambient aware mode produces, though it's slightly better then with the stock silicone tips).
@ If there is a problem to report, is they do like to collect ear wax. They clean easily with soap (Dawn dishsoap) and water - I do recommend washing them after each use.
Live Pro 2 are better in every way. Better anc, better ambient, larger drivers, smaller size and way more comfortable. The Tune Series is below the Live Series.
Mr YouWho ...I picked up my JBL Tune Beam today .. but I cannot discover them on my list on my Samsung tablet or my Apple pro (my Samsung Fold went for speaker repair today)...I installed the JBL app. onto my tablet ..& it won't.....discover ....them have I bought a dud pair 😢😢😢😢
Oh no that's no good at all. Have you made sure the buds have charged? Have you also made sure they switch on by holding them down? They should pair really easily. Sorry you're having trouble 😞 Also if they still don't work have you tried to call JBL?
It's not always blinking when i use it. Are the earbuds fully charged? Also you might be able to customise it through the JBL App, have you tried that as well? Thanks for watching.

It really depends on what you use them for? I find the buds are really godo as they don't move in my ears when I do workouts and walking. But I find the Beam is better for calls. How will you be using them?

I had the 230 nc tws but the battery was bad so they give me this model intead and I don't know if the sound is better. If you have any information about it it would be pretty helpful cause I called them and they only said "nah, they are better" but on the internet people son't think so and I'm overthinking right now. 😢

My Apple wireless earbuds got old, and the charge just lasted only a few songs. But I've had them for several years. So I bought a pair of these JBL due to an employee at the store telling me they are just as good. Now, I only use earbuds for music. They just don't get anywhere near as loud, and the overall sound imo pales in comparison to my apple earbuds. Guess I'll have to return them and pay a higher price to the Apple company. Which I don't like doing. I'm an android Samsung phone user. I switched several years ago when Apple wouldn't let me transfer my music to my new Apple upgrade just because I didn't originally get the music from the apple phone, something to that effect. I've been very happy with my flip Samsung phones. I've thought about buying the status brand advertised all over thr internet. However I prefer to go to a brick n mortar store that allows returns no questions asked if I'm not satisfied. That way I don't have to wait on snail mail delivery and what if they don't sound as good to me as my apple buds do and always have sounded great imo. Also I like rock music , Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Def Leppard, etc. Ya gotta crank up the volume for that type of music. Additionally I like other types of music as well. I was dissatisfied immediately when I first heard the sound from these JBL tune beams. I will say this, i dont like the way Apple runs their business, so I was hoping these wouldve delivered. I may try a few others before i make my decision. Wal Mart is great about returns.

The sound is good, the stay in my ears very well, the case is nice. Everything else is good. There are good ones for the money you pay. Now, as I study for long hours, I have bought the Jbl tour one m2 which is amazing. It is the most confortable headphone I have ever had. I hope you will find the product that suits your needs.
I amazed, it’s so good sound. I had a first version of apple AirPod, it was also good till my little one was finished them😂 but this one sound is different level!
It depends on your ear and how you use them. I find the Tune Beam better as it has the silicone tip that helps it fit into your ear better, but both of them are really good!

I have had mine like 10-11 months now. And they are great but they are hit and miss with the using them to talk on the phone or mine were anyways and I bought them brand new and my right one today just completely stopped working out of nowhere when it was working fine yesterday. Don't think day last a little more than a year even though I've taken care of them. I'm getting a replacement here soon from the company. Make sure y'all get that warranty!! I probably bought a dud pair. They are really great earbuds though and I love the way Backseat freestyle by Kendrick Lamar sounds on them 😂 great great great bass.

Is it normal for the tune beam to instantly deactivate its noise cancelling when on call?
I find sometimes if I move my head it can deactivate it as it has motion movement. Do you find that?
