When I make calls while using these earbuds it makes some noise and the volume is very low how to fix that ?
I also feel the fu*king same i have tried my best the shop where i brought, but they said it JBL inbuild specs..i don't no that sounds low is also a specs..
My are stuck in modo mode i cannot do anything at all on the app please help
Did you fix it? otherwise I recommend searching for how to factory reset them

I spent $100 on these with the protection plan and could only get the right side paired. The left side wasn't working. I'm pissed. Going to take them back for the Dre beats
Skill issue
I use JBL Tune Beam. In my case, the mono mode is on and only the left side is working. after many search, I manage to settle the issue. 1st - forget the device. 2nd - put both buds into the case. 3rd - press and hold the right side (the side that does not work), then the blink comes back for phone pairing. Now, you can try this out.

You can adjust on ear buds with taps if you change the settings for the ear buds via the app

Yes they are
I bought these Tune Beans but quite frankly they sound like crap. My cheap set of AUKEY work way way way way better. And I’m not even comparing to the more expensive AUKEY.
I can’t believe the difference and how bad the JBL Tune Beam is. Tinny, not smooth or clear. I’ve tried about every manipulation of the equalizer possible. Even my audiobooks sound like crap. Truly the worst set of ear buds I’ve every had the misfortune to pay for. And I’ve bought some cheap ear phones in my day. JBL is almost always a disappointment and these are total junk. My advice don’t buy. I’ll be sticking with AUKEY now. It’s not even a comparison and no stupid app needed to try and get even basic good sound out of them.
Oh bad to hear that. Im sorry. I hope i will not have that problems. I already have jbl headphones big ones and im so satisfied,thats why i chose to buy earbuds jbl too.
