In CBR 250 engine oil and coolant never gets mixed. There is an inspection hole through which it comes out

Yes. It never gets mixed. Because unlike KTMs, Honda has given a "weep hole". Any sort of leak from that hole indicates that a replacement is needed for the mechanical and oil seal.

Brother pls guide me. About my c abs 250 in which i already shared with u, that i by mistake for a wheel spin pressing the front brakes. This causes the abs trouble that even upon sight pressing any of the 2 levers it gives a spring jerk on the levers among with making brake ineffective, with a sound such as something is rotating such as a spring in the breaking system. But when i took out the abs fuse the hydraulic brakes are working perfect{without abs}. P
I have already dismantled the abs modulator and te packed it. But the problem didn't solve. Pls guide is it the delay valves which i should check and how to exactly where to look upon.

Nice video brother. I have hornet bs4 and piston ke top par oil leak ho jata hai. 4 baar piston kit and valve change krwa liye fir bhi problem aa rhi hai. Timing chain, clutch plate and tensioner bhi change krwa lia. Piston knocking ki aawaj aati rehti hai and pickup bhi khatm ho gaya hai. Kya problem ho sakti hai. Engine warranty mai hai

Hello bro.. I have preloved 2016 cbr & facing black smoke problem recently I have changed fuel filter but the problem still not resolved.. what could be the reason? Also when I rev it above 5 or 6k rpm on gear the kit kit sounds coming from engine??? Please reply.. thanks in advance..

Chain tensioner lifter assy is of poor design/quality in this engine. Mine damaged within 7000kms and wasn't holding the chain tight. The chain was slapping badly and the vibration is very distinctly felt at the handlebars and footpegs.

What could have gone wrong in the abs system which is causing a spring type feel on the brake levers. I also went to a Honda service centre, but that silly mechanic over there told me that he will first change both the sensor wires and then will go ahead. Which is not the cause of the problem i know very well. It was just the pressing of front brakes in this combined abs system for a small fun of rear tyre burn out, which caused this problem. Now it is several months i am using the vehicle but with the abs fuse out which means the hydraulic brakes are functioning absolutely fine. Anyone with knowledge about this combined abs mechanism please guide.
I had same issue in my ns200 there was no damage to engine ... I think it's the tensioner is the issue cz in my workshop i had a pulsar 135 with manual tensioner.. the tension in tension was too tight and it literally screwed up the engine that it seized and the connecting rod was damaged
Had to replace the timing set

Hello mate. You explain stuff really well. Thank to that. As you are technically very strong i want to ask you a question about my cbr250r.
The thing is there is tak noise when i push the bike on 1st gear, of course engine off. This noise remains on 1st 2nd and 3rd gear. While riding, when i release the throttle on these 3 gears i mentioned, there is this tak noise with a jerk. But on higher gears there is no issue. I changed the clutch bell housing as it had the springs. That did not bring any massive difference. What can you think about this problem? Can you guide me ?
Bro you should check the self balls. The same problem was in my discover 135 and also check the timing chain maximum of the cbr got timing chin issue.. In 150 you could use hunk's one.
