Question: Why is the addition of Topaz ai into Davinci not mentioned in any videos ?
I can't remember the last time a tutorial taught me THIS MUCH in 1 video so quickly. Kudos!
As a complete noob, twice now while watching this video I started daydreaming imagining you editing while showing us how to edit and how long this must have taken you, while I'm not retaining any of it. Crazy how much effort you put in to this, great work and thank you. I'll have to save this to a playlist for quick reference :).
I have been editing in Davinci resolve studio for over 2 years now and I've never touched a lot of effects that you covered in this video cause I had no idea how to use them. After watching this video I can think of a million ways I would have used those effects in my previous projects to make my work easier! Thanks for yet another great video!
Going to be re-watching this video many, many times. Thank you so much for your work on this!
This is SOOOOO GOOD! The info, presentation, and quality of your videos are top notch!!!!!
Fast and furious! It's easy to forget how many great effects come with the app.
Man, this is so fun. You're basically assuring me that I not only will be ok with out an Adobe Cloud subscription, I'm gonna have much more fun along the way.
Wowwww! For the first time ever, the ad break was from BMD's Davinci Resolve.
Now that's targeting.
What I love about your videos is not only do you show off this stuff, but you consistently demonstrate your knowledge (as well as how useful the subject of the video are) by using the same effects *in* the video itself.
And also you know the tips are great.
Brilliant delivery...easy to follow, thanks , it is going to help me loads with my editing ..thanks Alex
I have learned SO MUCH from your channel! Thanks for all the amazing content!
A genuinely useful compendium. Your hard work is much appreciated.
This feels like some kind of world record attempt. Great video. Cheers.
Very cool - love the theme here of things you can do quickly for big results!
enjoy that rest as that was a lot of stuff, so many little bits I just have never noticed in DR so this is super helpful thank you
Sensational! Thanks so much, your videos alone have helped me tremendously over the last 3-4 years with my own video making.
Amazing video! 🤩

Thanks for more ideas for Alternate Reality Road Trips.
*slaps forehead* -Thanks for the link Alex, turns out I’ve watched it before and then completely forgotten about the stacked timeline feature *jeez* - that’s what happens when youtube and editing is just a leisure time hobby activity :/ thanks for reminding me about it, now it’s back to trying to figure out if the cut page aligns with how my brain works or if I need to re-jig the way I film stuff for an easier editing experience :)
Video is right on time. I'm editing a spoken word/short film project.
Nice one as always Alex

This video is incredible. Wonderful information, thanks for investing the time. I can only consume 1 or 2 chapters at a time. I'm going to keep this one as a reference for the future as well.

Thanks Alex! I like your way of tutorial.
AMAZING! thanks a lot!!
Thank you!
short question to audio client licencing - how does audio know that my clients work on a youtube video is covered via my licence?
Never having done that myself I'm not actually too sure. I can try find out though or you can email support@audiio.com
I'd guess though you may be able to get them to whitelist channels?! You do also get a PDF copy of a license to prove the licensing etc etc. But yeah, I'm not 100% sure tbf!
From what I've seen, all of your videos will get flagged, but it won't have an effect. You'll have to dispute and show the license to RUclips if you want to get rid of the meaningless flags. Happens with Envato elements as well
On most sites you can download a txt license and you just send that to your client together with your video. They then have to dispute the flag and upload the license - thats it 😊
@@MrAlexTech that doesn’t allow the end user license to be transferred to the client.
If I buy the license I get to use them on my channels. If I do work for another channel then I’m not allowed to extend my license to the client free of charge. They need to own a license.
Of course you could get a license for the client.
How to find client for editing
Man you need to do more things like this, that was epic
I think you can do the telephone audio on a single clip by using the EQ in the Inspector.
You could do it manually sure. But unfortunately the presets aren't available. No idea why actually, it'd be handy to have them there
Great one to be saved for ideas later 👍🏼
Thank you for this amazing Tutorial
Great video. Thanks for all the ideas of using DR. Needs now tons of time to play with 😳. Again: Thank you.
Thank you 💪
Great video. I knew all of these, but watching this just reminded me of a few I had totally forgotten about. Thanks 👍 😊
Alex, a really useful video thank you. Extremely helpful when you illustrate how these effects can be used. If you’re going NAB, i’ll buy you more than a coffee mate. There’s lots of good content on RUclips but you and Darren have a way of just simplifying things for us Muppets.
God of Resolve🙏
Best thing I learned was the adjustment layer, good stuff!
Making this video must have been a mission 👏🏽 Thanks for introducing me to Push! Adding a Push to both ends of a clip or text, and then making them meet in the middle is a great way to have something scroll across the screen easily 👍👍
very useful ! i like this style of tuto. thx a lot for your work
This is the best! its a great day when my favorite davinci resolve creator drops a video!
I learned so much from this. Thank you for keeping is simple, direct and to the point. Thank you so much!
This was so useful.
This is a great type a video… was looking for a tut for fly through text and this came up… more I could wish for 🙏🏻
Thanks Alex!
Great! Thanks!
