    Welcome to the sucker punch workout!! This is a high intensity advanced workout right from the start AND is the third ultra advanced workout in a row i’ve posted up.
    Let’s get right into the meat and potatoes of this workout…in the Sucker Punch phase I combined a heavy weight exercise, medium weight exercise, and sprints back-to-back-to-back to create the ultimate KA BOOOOOOM!!!! Your crew will feel like they got SUCKER PUNCHED after finishing with the sprints. This is an absolutely killer workout that will build endurance, strength, and cardio. I have 6 different rounds of the sucker punch drill, each focusing on a different body part. This is a formula for ultimate results, fitness, and athleticism.
