  • A list of the laptops that I am considering at the moment.

Some of the monitors that are 90% to 100% srgb colour accurate (please do your own research as these are just recommendations from other photographers)

In this video I take a look at the Lenovo Thinkbook 15 for photographers. There are so many laptops with different processors, ram, ssd's and screens it is hard to know which one to choose. I think the screen is very important and most laptops have very small screens. Portability is also important. I go through the specification of the Thinkbook and think this may be the one for me.
If you have any laptops or monitors you have used please comment below to help other people kind regards Rich

This Benq monitor is about 90% srgb accurate and seems like a good price , if anyone would like to comment about good monitors that would help us all. amzn.to/3houJDW

Hi can i ask did you get this laptop and if so your thoughts? I'm looking for one that can run adobe premiere pro but don't want to spend over £1K ideally.

@@RichardBarleyphoto Hi! Can you tell please, is your MacBook Air M1 enough for photo editing? I cant decide between M1 vs Lenovo Ideapad 3. I lean towards M1 but Im scared that lags and slow responses gonna come when Im gonna work in Lightroom.

Just bought 14 inch version of same machine. And love it. Only had for 2 weeks. No regrets AT ALL says 14 inch. But due to thin bezel feels more like 15 inch. Pull the trigger and get it. I had a 14 day test drive satisfaction on it. And kept it. First matte screen for me and sort of like the new look. Now just need a new Spyder Pro to calibrate it. Lost my old one

An add on comment. I don't have backlit keyboard. But the two tone grey layout means for me personally don't need that. And was quiet surprised !! Even in low light . I hate the black on black of most keyboards. And the touch feel of it is amazing to me
