And that’s the thing: She could have done had an actual defense & things for her attorney to pick apart & work in her favor had she actually kept her head out of her own azz, but she doesn’t seem capable of that. If or when this ever goes to trial, the jury is going to find it hard to find any redeeming qualities or see any remorse because she’s shown NONE! Those detectives were totlaly not prepared. I mean they didn’t even charge the computer and SARAH had to point that out. Talk about ruining the power dynamic! The male detective managed to back her into a solid corner with a good question and there was a pause for about 2 seconds when the female detective butts in and talks more, releasing Sarah from the pressure of answering that question. They really blew it. Lucky for them they don’t need a confession because of the recording.

She could have already had her attorney using that interrogation in her favor & probably been on her way to serving out whatever she would have gotten for a plea deal, but she just can’t get out of her own way! Now, by the time she does finally get to trial, she’ll most likely either not have a plea deal available or just not willing to take it because she thinks she shouldn’t get any time since she didn’t do it “intentionally”, and will most likely get a much longer sentence because of it, which is fine by me because I believe she deserves it.

Isn’t there a way they can tell if someone administered CPR or not on a body, even after death? I know that ribs and/or sternum is often cracked/broken from the chest compressions, but I thought I remembered hearing something about air bubbles in the lungs or something? Wonder if Sarah is able to watch The Behavior Panel? Couple reasons. 1. Scott Roust commented on the male detective wearing his gun in the interview room. 2. Scott also commented that "this is not an interrogation , it's 3 people fussing in a room. 3. Greg said the detectives seem burned out. Basically all 4 said the detectives did horrible. I am NOT defending Sarah. Just thinking that if she saw that it would give her new material for her "be nice to me" tour. 🤔🙄. Plus it's 5 yrs later. Sarah has proved to be as entitled as Leticia except this one is dumber. Charged with "m" 2, she probably could have gotten a great deal since they both had DV arrests but no.....not Sarah. Exactly! And that’s the thing: She could have done had an actual defense & things for her attorney to pick apart & work in her favor had she actually kept her head out of her own azz, but she doesn’t seem capable of that. She’s not getting out of this, no matter how much she lives in her own delusional world, and she’s only giving herself more time to serve ultimately. She’s her own worst enemy. If or when this ever goes to trial, the jury is going to find it hard to find any redeeming qualities or see any remorse because she’s shown NONE! I see her getting the harshest punishment possible, even though I’m sure she’d been offered deals by now, or would have been offered them had she not acted like she is.
I'll go back and watch their take. I thought the detectives were horrible when I first watched their interview with her as well.
Those detectives were totlaly not prepared. I mean they didn’t even charge the computer and SARAH had to point that out. Talk about ruining the power dynamic! The male detective managed to back her into a solid corner with a good question and there was a pause for about 2 seconds when the female detective butts in and talks more, releasing Sarah from the pressure of answering that question. They really blew it. Lucky for them they don’t need a confession because of the recording.
@@kateashby3066 That’s exactly why it’s so dumb (on her part) that’s she’s pulling the stunts she’s pulling. She could have already had her attorney using that interrogation in her favor & probably been on her way to serving out whatever she would have gotten for a plea deal, but she just can’t get out of her own way! Now, by the time she does finally get to trial, she’ll most likely either not have a plea deal available or just not willing to take it because she thinks she shouldn’t get any time since she didn’t do it “intentionally”, and will most likely get a much longer sentence because of it, which is fine by me because I believe she deserves it.

I have this really weird ability to read almost everyones handwriting for decades. I always thank my Nana for this hidden talent as she wrote in the most cursive cursive ever and no one could ever read her letters /cards, as well as I worked for a Doctor at a Nursing home. Y'all know how bad Doctors can write and of course having to read the in home patients writing that lived in the nursing home (did this from the age of 20-28) everyone came to me with papers to work out what was written 😂

This is so stupid. She is clueless why she’s there. No mention of her boyfriend who is dead. Her defense is “unintentional “. 😂. Coffee ☕️ cup logo. Public opinion? She can’t control what people think of her. We saw the video and heard it from her on mouth taunting him as he could not breathe. Good lord. All her childish games, she did everything but play twister. I don’t believe she went upstairs. It’s just suspicious. I think she tried to develop a story how she was going to explain his death. She said she did CPR but said he was dead. I would have gotten CSI to mouth swab her for his DNA 🧬 in her mouth. She has all these questions but what about her explanation concerning autopsy report, etc, the video? She never addresses these points in her letter. This showing no remorse, no apology, only worried about what his parents would think of her, no consolation to his parents, no tears, and on and on. Go to jail. Do not pass Go and do not collect $200 dollars. I hope she testifies. I would love to see that.

Isn’t there a way they can tell if someone administered CPR or not on a body, even after death? I know that ribs and/or sternum is often cracked/broken from the chest compressions, but I thought I remembered hearing something about air bubbles in the lungs or something? Either way, if & when this ever goes to trial, the evidence against her is going to bury her, and she knows it, which is why she’s desperately trying to pull the stunts she’s pulling.
