If police say they found dead children buried on my property I would’ve freaked out. Had I been in the back of the cop car I’d be screaming and crying and probably vomiting. That’s how innocent people react to dead people buried on their property.

I don’t think Chad was there. I think Garth didn’t know what to do so he waited until he could reach Chad to know what to do. I think Chad wanted one of the children to find her and call 911 so he wasn’t involved and it didn’t work out that way ‼️

If I was a jury member I would not give much weight to these testimonies. In my personal life I notice how much people misunderstand what you are saying, sometimes they are thinking of what to say next and not listening, other times they don’t truly understand and their mind fills in the gaps of their understanding. So I would completely disregard this testimony. I don’t think he is lying but we are relying on what Garth said to x and then x took info, explained it in his way to his parents, and then sometime later we are now relying on info remembered by individuals y and z, back to x, whose memory will now have gaps, so yeah no weight to this.

Why was Emma even put on the stand ? Garth, understandable he's the one who claimed to have found her. Why was Emma testifying?

I think Alex was told his mission was over, he got some drugs from Mexico that caused pulmonary embolus. Also, he was backed into a corner because Chad turned off his phone, while Alex had a record of his whereabouts.

Here is what is sad. Not only did Chad take her life, he didn’t even allow her to truly live, her entire adult life. I think her children were grown and she wanted to go have fun, but Emma had to follow her, because Emma didn’t have a personality, so she had no one else. I’m sorry, but I think they were all very slow and odd, including Tammy, and it’s because Chad was so ignorant and overbearing, he made it so they don’t even know how to talk to people, how to make friends, or have relationships, normal everyday relationships. He stole her life while she was alive and he took her last breath from her. What an enormous POS. 💩 Wait, no he isn’t, even 💩has a purpose and a use, he is useful and has no purpose on this planet, which is why I wouldn’t care about the DP with him, because he is a waste of oxygen, no one should even have to breath the same air as him.
