The difference between this front office and previous Vikings front offices is that Kwesi addresses roster deficiencies immediately! This year when Darrisaw went down we get Cam Robinson. Previous front offices would just let us struggle with a turnstyle Left Tackle, rather than picking up a phone to address a need and save a promising season. Kwesi needs consideration for GM of the year too! Darnold for 10 mill what a bargain!

Hands down coach of the year, Not only navigating the death of Kyree Jackson , But being the soundboard for the reconstruction of Sam Darnold.
That's it exactly. Kyree's death could have easily derailed many teams and who would have been surprised? But here they are going for 15th win, NFC North, and #1 seed. Who would have thought that, especially with Darnold's past. I thought we would be competitive, but this is a pleasant surprise.

Hands down KOC deserves KOY. The balls and skill it took to let go your franchise QB reset and roll the dice with Darnold, and then succeed at a high level makes him worthy of KOY. Darnold should get MVP consideration too. I know he wont win it, but I dare you to find someone more integral to our success this year!

KOC is a great coach. As a QB he had to learn the hard way, and unfortunately couldnt get his footing in the beginning. When one door closes, another one opens. The GM deserves alot of credit with the great personnel the past 2-3 years.....what a combo!

Ryan Poles hired Eberflus 3 days after he himself was hired. Rushed, poorly researched, set the bears back 5 year.
Kwesi waited 3 weeks, interviewed multiple candidates, and took a shot on KOC, despite him being the least sought-after candidate in that hiring cycle.
Thats the difference between a well run organization, and a poorly run one.
They're playing for coach of the year too. Lions lifer here, and KOC is a class act and a great fucking coach, and the Vikes are a class org. Can't wait for this game!
I love our coaches one the best teams I have seen in my 50 years as a a Vikings fan I was born bleeding purple. I see our team being one the best in the NFL for decades to come. He’s so young and smart. He’s a people person. Example vikes were honest with Curt Cousins. They told him the were drafting a QB where as The Falcons did behind he’s back. Little things like that and giving the opposing teams QB advice and encouragement gets seen by these other players and they want to play for him and play as hard as they can.
I am 68yearsold and I have been a vikings fan since the late 60s and I believe that this is the year for the vikings!!
For me , it was the Giants game . I was looking at the defensive line kneeling waiting for the snap. I just felt geez theirs something different about this team .
Lions fan here. KOC is one of the best coaches in the NFL. I'm a Michigan fan so loved seeing McCarthy developing there. He might be the best QB coach in the NFL. This is definitely gonna be the game of the year.

My Vikes have had so many really good teams but for Tampa Bay and possibly Detroit to win it all. Its tough. Its nice for Lions fans to finally have a coach and a team to get behind but lets not get it twisted. I feel like a Cubs fan before they won. SKOL!!
