  • If you can't clear a blocked printhead on your Epson Eco Tannk ET4550 type printer then it's possible that some of the tubes are blocked or the cartridge has an air bubble in it. Try this.
    EPSON ET2500,EPSON ET2550,EPSON ET4500,EPSON ET4550,EPSON ET2650,EPSON ET2610,EPSON ET16500

    Well done mate. I just gave this a shot after spending a small fortune on ink, only to have it printing worse than before. Following your method seems to have fixed it. Massive air pockets in the cartridge hardly any ink. Hopefully this will help with the vapour lock I was getting. Very much appreciated & the perfect job to take on at 11pm Thursday night. 😂

    At 5:30 when you are pushing ink into the cartridge, where is the air going? Are you pushing it back into the tank or is there some sort of outlet valve? If it is going back into the tube, won't it just go back into the cartridge eventually?
