My opinion. (I didn't write SBI PO mains but did write IBPS PO M) They are deliberately making it extremely tough so that they can take chances of 'selection' in their own hands. They're making 'interview' as a selection stage while not just prelims but also mains is now artificially crafted as a rejection stage. They're are not letting aspirants fully utilise '75%' weightage given to written exam. If they decide to throw 30ish marks in an interview, all you can do is pray and beg to God, and hope you get through. Just wanted to say- What was the problem in selecting 30-40k students for Mains? The normalisation in prelims was extreme. It would have been us who would have to prepare, and spend money on commute. Calling just 20k for mains is like SBI officials thinking PO mains as an upsc mains exam, which it clearly NOT. It would be an insult to UPSC CSE if we decide to do so.There was absolutely no reason to snatch opportunity like this way from thousands of aspirants. Instead, it would have actually given SBI a larger pool of candidates for further selection! If there is a capacity to let students sit for exam, then it must be utilised fully. Let the students write the paper. Paper checking is done by computer. And btw, What can you say about this national level exam where they don't declare dates until few weeks to actual unannounced date. Not just prelims but also mains. Plus, look at the arrogance of clashing dates with IBPS PO Mains, and even RRB interviews. It's like SBI don't give a damn about aspirants, or other exams or other organisations. Another arrogance of displaying results on its own website despite not having infrastructure to handle large number of requests. It was a self inflected ddos attack. Many suffered because of this arrogance. It took me more than 24 hours to check my prelims results. Already bad for offering deficient services to customers (might have improved nowadays), and now bad for offering the same to future employees! Just arrogance. Nothing else.

Not even though it was brutal..pure saal inn exams ki khatir khud ko over torture kar liya..padhai ke alawa kuch or nhi kiya..kitna kuch sunna pada logo ki tarf se phir bhi khud ko motivate karti rahi ki sab theek ho jayega..or paper Aisa aaya hh ki exam Dene ki iccha bhi nhi ho rahi thi beech exam main..smj hi nhi aa raha hh kaise khud ko face karu..parents ko kya jawab du..umeed or dil dono hi tut gya hh..💔💔
Last tak aate aate yeh haal ho gaya tha ki letter or essay bhi nahi likha jaa paa raha tha, mentally ek dum drain ho chuki thei main toh. Kuch smjh nahi aa raha tha kya likh rahi hun! Upar se keyboard mein keys 2-2 thi. Exam toh bura tha hi par baaki cheezo ne bhi aj patience ka bahot test liya hai mere😭
Sir Please ap apni sbi clerk ki classes ka schedule bta dijiye last exam h is year ka is saal ek bhi pre clear nhi hua 2-3 marks se reh gya apki sari classes attend krunga ek last hope h..😭😭
Lol for job that is of PO level SBI is setting up paper as if its upsc at least there is some rationale behind's UPSC's toughness , what's the logic behind artificially propping up difficulty level with no basis for such extreme. The top brass want to just sell credit cards and insurance product and are far from banking and conducting exams as if a PO has to be a genius my gosh the hypocrisy of these assholes. Good riddance my mains went horribly today , cherry on top was keyboard enter key issue could only write 180 words in essay ,
