Come along and do the rounds with me as I visit all 4 of my self serve car washes. What can we expect? There's always at the car wash, there's always trash at the car wash but it's my job to make sure there's always money to collect at the car wash and that only happens when I run a great operating car wash with good working equipment.

I hear ya over hear brother! I get asked a lot whats the most common repair/issue that comes up at the wash and my answer has evolved but I think bill changer issues is at the top of the list.

I've never seen anyone mix chemicals like that before. Do you do that with all of the chemicals? Mine just have the intake hose go straight into the chemical into the hydrominder.
I have those same MaxVacs. Were uou able to find a replacement door that fits a timer?

I have a friend here in Calgary, Canada and he fixes all kinds of vacuums, I know him since 2007 when he fixed our coin vacuum at the concrete company I was a shop foreman. Rollie is from Philippines and very honest person. Let me know if you can use him. Watching from Calgary, Canada

Every now and then you should do double air fresheners like 2 for 1 to make peoples day haha
We laugh because we live in a really small town and have 15 car washes and 20 vape shops lol
When buying new equipment what companies did you end up choosing and why?
I'm confused as to what your assistant does for you? It almost seems like things that should have been done are getting done once you arrive.

Need you buy a few funnels for the chemicals as much as you spill they will pay for themselves in no time.
