Finland is a very metal saavy country and Marko is incredibly famous due to being the grandfather of the finish metal era, pretty much everyone knows him & his voice. The two versions, the Finnish and the English, are not interchangeable in their entirety. Basically, there are two songs that happen to coincide about 70% of the time.

That was both heartbreaking and amazing at the same time..

There is a version of this that uses a "steel guitar" in place of the piano, which is haunting. Anyway, it's a beautiful song.
