- This video covers the replacement of a 2016-2019 Mazda CX-9 infotainment screen that started having cracking (ghosting / spiderwebbing) and is a super easy fix. Instead of suffering the astronomical $2000 price tag to repair it at the dealer, I decided to order a brand new screen from eBay for just a little over $30!

My 2019 CX-9 has the same problem. The Stealership replaced it once in 2020 and now it's back. They quoted me $700
It’s outrageous what they charge! Hope this tutorial helps and saves you a boat load of money - it’s a quick fix!
My 2019 CX-9 screen also has the same issue. I ordered a replacement digitizer screen off eBay for 20 bucks, will see how it goes
It’s too easy and you’ll be glad you did it yourself instead of being robbed by the dealership.
How is it functioning now that it’s had some use?
Still looks great and responds to touch. I keep my car outside exposed to the changes in temps and sunlight - no issues thus far!
