Yes, praise God that Jesus Christ has provided all of Heaven for us through His death on the cross and subsequent resurrection. What a wonderful place to look forward to being!
I'm must be getting older. I saw them end the first set with this song (and about 3 encores) in Elkton, KY in about 1977 with Buddy Lyles and Jerry Trammell. Rick Busby came in about 1986 or so. But they tore it up that night. The incredible thing is I remember nothing else about that concert except that they ended the first set with this song.
I miss Les & the Florida Boys on Jubilee on Sunday morning when I was a little boy on Sunday morning while I polished my shoes before church. Finally got to see them in the early 1970's at the old building, Central Baptist Church, Conway, AR. They raised the rafters. Even did a couple acapella.
Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life : On the resurrection morning When all the dead in Christ shall rise I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life Sewed in weakness, raised in power Ready to live in Paradise I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life, oh yes Chorus: I'll have a new home of life eternal Where the redeemed of God shall stand There'll be no more sorrow No more pain, there'll be no more strife Yes, raised in the likeness of my Savior Ready to live in Glory Land I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life What a hallelujah morning when the last trump of God shall sound I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life (eternal) Graves all bursting saints all shouting Heavenly beauty all around I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life Repeat - Chorus : Written by : Luther Green Presley
Now buddy, that's bass sangin'!!!
Can you believe Gene McDonald- who sang as low as anybody hit such high notes to kick off the encore?!!
He was a tenor before he was a bass. Another brilliant example of going super low and super high is Tim Foust.
The Ab4 reached by low bass was great
ITS CRAZY!
These guy's are great.

Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life :
On the resurrection morning
When all the dead in Christ shall rise
I'll have a new body
Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life
Sewed in weakness, raised in power
Ready to live in Paradise
I'll have a new body
Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life, oh yes
Chorus:
I'll have a new home of life eternal
Where the redeemed of God shall stand
There'll be no more sorrow
No more pain, there'll be no more strife
Yes, raised in the likeness of my Savior
Ready to live in Glory Land
I'll have a new body
Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life
What a hallelujah morning when the
last trump of God shall sound
I'll have a new body
Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life (eternal)
Graves all bursting saints all shouting
Heavenly beauty all around
I'll have a new body
Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life
Repeat - Chorus :

Gene McDonald is ridiculous! Best bass singer to come along post-1990…
Tim Duncan? Aaron Mccune? Forgot his name but the bass for Dailey and Vincent before Aaron. Many others although Gene is up there.
@@aidans5052 I like Tim Duncan, but I think Gene can sing circles around him…
@@aidans5052 Christian Davis was the bass before Aaron McCune
