There are many girls like her, and many don't have survival skills. We as a society should push for reproductive knowledge and the schools should also explain in depth the consequences of teen pregnancy, a life altering, very tough experience. Often, these babies end up in foster homes, or committing crimes, or drug addicts. If a 14 year old can't drive or drink alcohol, how are they entrusted to have kids and prevented from accessing abortion services... For one success story, there are dozens heartbreaking outcomes.

Sounds like she's from a bad family who didn't give a flying crap about their teenager - much less her academic success - and those babies were her ticket out of that unsupportive environment.
God works in mysterious ways; the Bible as well as Christian testimonies are filled with hellish situations being transformed into beautiful, life and family affirming triumphs. Take the story of Joseph being sold into slavery by his own brothers, only to become second in command of the prosperous nation of Egypt, saving the country and even his family - including the brothers who betrayed him - from years-long famine. While nobody in their right mind would think being sold into slavery could be a blessing, it turned out to very much be a blessing in disguise.
God insists that children are a gift - while the circumstances of this 14 year olds life are bleak, that doesn't automatically mean she isn't blessed by them ❤

Not there to help but, to threaten to take her babies how terrible until an angel steps up to help...Wouldn't have had to if child services actually HELPED but, it appears their only role is to judge, nit help, offer no assistance just BREAK UP LOVING RELATIONSHIPS....T.G that nurse did more than anyone could expect.
