Interviewers were absolutely awful.. unprofessional. Robin Tunney is a pro, and she was trying to yank them up to her level… but they were too stupid to join in. Tunney and Baker are terrific.
I really agree with you. After I saw them as actors in The Mentalist for me there are no more actors better than both of them. Why do they make a movie film together? I think it will definitely sell well ever of the time. I do hope. I really love the charakters, chemistry and also the acting. At the end I do wish they will come together one day ❤
From this interaction you can see Robin having more experience dealing with bad questions and media…she owned that interview and made sure that the show was discussed…she even threw in some bait for the shippers…i love her since The Craft…
It's obvious that these interviewers did not watch the Mentalist. They did not do their research. The interview was dry and scattered, as if the interviewers were just doing their job of getting it done. What Simon and Robin have accomplished in building up this tension in the story is nothing short of amazing. What a waste of potential! On a side note, I see Lisbon thru Robin's sassiness. 😁👍
If you're an actor it's important to know how to be an interview subject. Actors need to treat interviews like an improvisation exercise; never get flustered or offended by a question. These two actors are excellent, scripted or without a script. That may be part of their attraction. If they were paired in a new series I would want to watch it.
They're not an interview subject. an actor is a normal person you know? they act when they have to. This is an interview and the interviewers are horrible. Can't really blame her for responding like that to such a poor interview
One thing i love other then lisbon (robin tunney) is that they both have an accent you never here in the show the first time i watched an interview with them you couldnt see robin as she said something and i thought who was that
They have very limited time and are supposed to be promoting the show. It's their job and the other guys start taking about Turkey. That's her sassy Irish side. I thought it was funny, but then again I come from an Irish/Scottish family too.

Up until they were chasing Red John it was fun watching. Right after that it went down hill. It all just wasn’t as entertaining anymore. I was just bored and at the end I was glad it actually ended.

I read that ratings were dropping, and CBS forced them to wrap up the Red John plotline. Producers then pitched the love story and wedding to them.
