thank you for this video! You have gained a new subscriber today. I know a lot of people struggle with the stew:water:rice ratio when making jollof. I think it would be very helpful if you provided the exact measurements of water that you add (1 cup, 2 cups etc.) because you have provided the amount of sauce and rice. Also, what is the type of jasmine rice used? sometimes making rice, it breaks into pieces or doesn't cook fully when following some of these youtube recipes videos. Please, these are just my suggestions. Thank you
