1/2 Small Onion
To Make Stew
1 Large Onion
2 Habanero Peppers
4tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Cube Marinade Use What you have
3cups Tomato Sauce
1/4tsp Natural Spice Mix or to taste
Bay leaf
All Purpose Seasoning to taste
Curry Powder to taste
Salt to taste
3cups Jasmine Rice
Hot Water
Vegetables Used
Carrots
String Beans

Corned beef tastes goid. My parents used in a lot in our Jollof rice.
However, now with the ongoing war of foid: lab meat, GMO corns and fruits; one has to be super careful when buying corned beef and cabned sweet corns
It is wise to buy anything animal cuts from the local market and mince them yourself before use
