Ingredients:
To Season & Steam Chicken
Chicken
1tbsp - Rosemary
1/2tsp - Aniseed
1/2 - Large Onion or 1 - Medium
3 - Garlic Cloves or tt
1 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Ginger about 2 thumb sizes
Chicken Seasoning - tt
Salt - tt
To Make Stew
1/2 - Large Red Onion or onion of choice
1 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1 - Large Onion
1cup - Tomato Sauce
4 - Large Tomatoes
Chicken Stock
1tsp - Rosemary or tt
Oil for cooking to your taste

I just made this stew, I'm having it with rice and it tastes amazing.
I followed the recipe but I used tomato paste instead of your tomato sauce because I don't have it. It came out very delicious- Sweet Adjeley dier no size ooo

One secret my mum taught me is to soak the fried chicken in the stock.when ready to pour the stock in the stew you take the chicken out. It takes the chicken to another level.sweet adjeley the best!
