This is how I prepare my fried rice. You see this method, it is the best method ever for Nigerian fried rice. It is the Goat of all other methods. This way the rice is well seasoned already and richly flavoured once you fry it in that oil with the veggies in batches

Thank you so much for this recipe I have chronic Kidney disease and can't eat so much fancy stuff but this is just right. I unfortunately have to leave the salt but add extra pepper.

This is the only fried rice recipe I grew up with. My mom is a fried rice genius and anytime I make it for my friend, they always love it. Well, my mom substituted fried turkey chunks for fried liver and no habenaro peppers. The recipe is the best and yes it lasts for days. The large pot hack is also true. In short, everything is the way my mom makes it. Thank you Kiki for bringing back my childhood memories❤
