Here are the ingredients for today’s Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Medium Onion
2 Large Bell Peppers
2 Thumb Sizes of Celery
1 Habanero Pepper
Shrimp Powder
1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Natural Spice Mix
Sausage
Shrimps
Shrimp Seasoning
Salt
3cups Jasmine rice

Try watching some Nigerian cooks you will see similar and better recipes have been done by them. Jollof recipes are often the same. This is cut and paste.

Sweet Adjeley please what is the difference in the final product(food) between adding the rice to the sauce first before the water and adding water before the rice in the preparation of jollof rice.

In the Caribbean we make the same rice you can add any kind of meats , fish or seafood whatever you want we call it seasoned rice or Pelau in all the islands same thing we add beans as well or mixed vegetables or whatever you like
