What is “extremely low income”? That is very vague. This is more of an advertisement than a report. For those who are going to pay according to their income, what is that? An overall percentage? A percentage based on a bracket? A fee? Has anyone considered addressing the usual problems that come with low income housing in advance? Such as maintenance issues because cost of repairs exceed the cost of the low rent, and crime. Are there any tax dollars being spent on this; other than on the counselors? A lot of unanswered questions.
