Great company fresh out of school , after 6 months experience I’d tell most drivers to run . You don’t get paid enough for what you do , hours cutting hard after summer checks will be under 1k, No vacation or sick time if you start after June 1st. Seniority base so new drivers get the shitty route or get sent home if ntn is available.
Depends on location. Detroit area is paid well especially coke. As of now coke is at 31 cents a case $178 daily base. Average of 600 cases per day which would be $364 and most of the drivers finish between 6-9 hours. Probably one of the best union coke contracts out there though tbh and it's not even in a high cost of living area like Cali or newyork.
Plus good benefits only thing that sucks is the vacation layout takes forever for your time. It's 1 year for 1 week 3 for 2 7 for 3 15 for 4 and 20 for 5. 5 weeks is good for the max but obviously 20 years is a long time 😂 but tbh the company fucks the union with that one cause the non union people there get way faster time but everything else union has better. Especially the Healthcare like the deductible for union is 300 while non is like 5k
@@cmb9059 I was getting $31 a hour working there and the work was still crazy for all the packing out etc that you do . Like I said good money for someone fresh out of school but with experience you can run ltl instead for the same or more with a way easier day
Definitely not under 1k, out summer if u work 5 days a week u always make over 1k and even with 4 days a week over time is still worked into your route for you to make over 1k
@@muhammadamin-xl2xu I’m telling you from experience. Everyone situation Is different but mine based on experience when it hit October November my checks were 1k and less . I was at the bottom of the seniority list so I’m the last to get a route if it’s not busy . I’ve had days where I’m sent home and paid for 4 hours
Whats up bro! I drive Geo for Pepsi in South Carolina. Our base pay is $24hr. If we driving the trucks then we make $26hr. My first trucking job as well. They are cutting are hours now though. I been here 3 months. Our turnover rate is high as well. Any tips on how I can get faster when it comes to stocking this product?
First off im not a delivery guy but i hauled fuel for a few months and was by the hour the goal should be to milk every last minute you can while getting your deliveries done i ran 12 hours a day takin my sweet time solely because i was by the hour
I make $28.74 Fresno, CA definitely not enough it’s expensive out here I average 40-45 hrs a week slow season Oct to Mar and 45-60 hrs a week April - Sep our schedule 4-10s we get volunteer 5th day working OT/DT when it’s busy week. Still not enough.

How was the hiring process? Did you have an interview?
Do pepsi use inward facing cameras on them trucks?
Jacksonville we just got bumped up to $28/hr at the beginning of this year.
Do you have to stock small format stores?
That’s great too. We did too but we’re not hourly!
Yes we stock small format. Are you salary?
Keep it up bro . I’m in your side
Sounds painful
🤣
How did you get the job? I’ve applied and asked multiple merchandisers to refer me but still nothing… is it just luck?
More so timing whenever they need help or people quit. Try during the summer that’s when we are the most busiest.
Thank you for the video
You bet!

@@richardrodriguez5339 true I’ve yet to see Pepsi location that pay more and drivers get 50-60 hrs a week. Have to find that right balance

YOU CAN EXPECT MORE OF THE CUTTING HOURS AS LONG AS THIS ADMINISTRATION IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE AND CONTOLS THE SENATE!
