    Checklist
    1. Eat natural food ( stop junk and packaged food)
    2. Avoid artificial sweeteners
    3. Chew your food properly
    4. Eat mindfully ( do not eat when you are stressed, angry,anxious, sad)
    5. Do not over eat.
    6. Food must contain right amount of digestive fibre.
    7. Have good fats ( nuts,seeds, etc)
    8. Prebiotics are probiotics from food.
    9. Stay hydrated
    10. Exercise daily.
    11. Deep quality sleep.
    12. Eat in circadian rhythm
    13. No late meals( not after sunset)
    14. No smoking ( slows digestive system drastically)

    U r 100 percent right
    That we may consume best possible food nutrition wise
    But if it is not properly digested n assimilated
    We fail somewhere in the process
    Luke ur explanation on changing lifestyle is superb

    Make video on how false person you are. Who talks about being a good person but u r bad yourself. If not then why are you supporting people with power just because they have power? Why are you not supporting what is right? Make video's on guys who should handle rejection, otherwise be a talabin n harass girls not to out n to force girls to marry someone they don't want. Or tell your Aditya to follow Indian law n stop following girls.
