If ever you are in Canada in the spring you would be a most welcome addition to the Canadian spring classic, the Paris to Ancaster. The scene here is (as it is everywhere) very welcoming and I am pretty sure we could find you some accommodation for your stay 👍👍👍

That sounds great! When I’ve got some money one day I definitely would like to visit Canada. I do know a couple of people that live there and it looks SPECTACULAR 🇨🇦😀

You did well to smash a pb at the Eden Parkrun. (FYI Free entry to participants and family members after Parkrun!) Great route but a toughy! 1 x is a good way forward for the bike but what about entering some running events too for next year?! Could be a running and cycling channel! 🚲🏃🏻‍♀️

Thank you Tony, I genuinely surprised myself with the parkrun! I resent having to spend more money on 1x just to achieve a basic level of function but let’s hope it works. Maybe I will set myself a running challenge, watch this space! 😀

Great to see you again, I had problems with a bike I bought here in France. After two months it was not working , I returned it to the shop were I had purchased it. After 5 months of them returning the bike fix and the same problem still there. They agreed to give me a full refund. So not all bad in the end. I hope you have better luck in the future with yours xx

Glad to hear you got sorted in the end. I bought mine from a shop in the Netherlands so it’ll be hard to return it and they never answered my last email, which is frustrating. All luck is gratefully appreciated, thank you Richard 🙂🙏🏼

I have just subscribed to your channel and have enjoyed the videos I have watched so far. Just a thought, maybe your motivation will come not from pressuring yourself to always compete, but to motivate others to get out and ride their bikes. At 65, I have just started to get out on my bike and although my knowledge is somewhat poor, I’m enjoying picking things up as I go along. Last year I rode the Hadrians Cycleway route 72 from Ravenglass in Cumbria, to South Shields. I did it as a challenge to myself but also to raise money for Cancer Research. I did the ride over four days without putting any pressure on myself to attempt to break any records, and really enjoyed the experience. The next ride I’m doing is Ride to Sun, which is on the 22nd June next year. It’s starts in Carlisle and finishes in Edinburgh, and you ride the 100 miles through the night. The ride is free to enter so you will just require train tickets from Cornwall to Carlisle and a return from Edinburgh the following day. Good luck with your riding and I hope you can get your bike sorted.

Well done Amy fantastic to see you back,
Really appalling that 3T seems to have washed their hands of obviously is a design fault, my friend had an orbea had a similar problem damaging their frame and although it took 4 months Orbea replaced the frame, this in my opinion is what 3T should have done or at least the front mech.
Enjoy your single chain ring rides, don't get down hearted things will change and come good for you.
Looking forward to seeing your next video

Somebody messaged me to tell me they spent £8k on a 3T and it too hard a massive fault which they were reluctant to do anything about. It’s difficult because I purchased it from a shop in the Netherlands and they were initially helpful but now don’t reply to my emails. 3T have never replied to my emails (same as the guy with the £8k disaster, they clearly have form 😑) I’ll keep you posted, one day I will have a working bike!!

Lovely to see you again however really sorry to hear about your continuing bike woes and having to drop from Badlands. @3tcycling ought to be ashamed of themselves! Still great news about the running; I came to it late in life and consider it an achievement to get under 40 mins 😂so a great performance from you from a standstill start. I find running a great alternative to cycling, just pop your shoes on and out the door with none of the pre-ride faff of cycling! And yes motivation comes and goes, really got into cycling over lockdown however as a motorcyclist like you I haven't my bicycle in weeks!
