I been watching for 34 years, when I was 11 in 1994, my addiction to Penn State football began. We got robbed that year of a chance at the national championship. Undefeated...no championship. I've been waiting for 34 years, I've grown up and become a grandpa waiting literally 👴
Our RBs consistently just run into the pile. Both Singelton and Allen do not have good overall “vision” to see where a gap is vs where the play is supposed to go. Rewatching the end of game goal line debacle, first play if Kaytron continues to the left and outside, he walks into the EZ. Instead he tried to barrel into the line.
Why did they run Kaytron on all 3 of those goal line attempts, was Nick injured? Sure, Fatman is the short yardage back, but some fresh legs on 3rd down might've helped....
My questions/takeaways: 1.) PSU runs an option offense with a pro style qb 2.) Franklin said Pribula didn’t get it done in practice to warrant a start vs osu 3.) Pribula (run) , grunk (quick release) are better decision makers for this O 4.) Allar kept running on an injured knee. Couldn’t Pribula have done this? 5.) Pribula should have played vs OSU 6.) O-Line is solid but not against good teams 7.) if you can’t win line of scrimmage, then use the gimmicks. Where were the gimmicks vs. osu? 8.) PSU has beaten nobody this year
During the Franklin era, Penn State has been favored every time in the game that follows a loss to Ohio State, And they're only covered the spread twice while losing outright three times (twice to Michigan State and once to Maryland). Taking Penn State and giving 14 points is probably a sucker bet. Especially since Washington is arguably the second best defense (after O$U) that State has played so far this year. (although that reflects more upon our crappy schedule than the quality of Udub's defense)
Whatever Brandon says about the defense, OSU had 6 points/2 FGs in the 2nd half. And to Kevin… the OSU goal line stance had 10 guys in the box - a wall that you need to go around or stretch out in order to find a way into the EZ. The ‘tush push’ would not have worked.
I believe the Huskies might take it to us this Saturday, I guarantee this squad is still shell shocked because Franklin is getting hammered in the press and he is probably spending most of his time on the phone with his agent looking into the Florida opportunity instead of talking up the guys because he is painfully aware of where his fanbase is right now !!!!
Penn State can ill afford to lose to Washington (and the three remaining teams) this weekend, which Penn State needs to go 1-0 against the Huskies. James Franklin needs to continue recruiting and developing talent, but they need to overhaul the WR squad in 2025.
Let’s face it, Franklin probably will never beat OSU again, next year is a rebuild and starts big ten play with 3 road games. If he goes 8-4 or worse, he’ll be feeling the heat.
There’s some chance Allar comes back with the NIL initiative being increased. Won’t matter unless we get WRs tho & 10-2 is ceiling regardless of anything else
I hope we all know that Penn State is forever capped in the Big Ten. Franklin, Paterno, Bill Obrien. None have consistently beat UM or OSU. PSU investments trail both by considerable margins year over year. Penn State has less money and less diversity. PSU will consistently be behind those other schools until one or both change.
Clean up the Board of Trustees. Get the Paterno Statue or bust idiots to pony up and things would improve. OSU GA AL don't have to put up with these jackasses.

If Penn State meets and beats OSU in a CFP rematch, Kevin should have to drink the Coke from the 1986 bottle.
We'll check with Dr. Steven Murphy on the health risks of this lol...the contents are probably 140 proof 4 decades later.
I still have mine!

If they would meet again..OSU would beat them worse..34-13.

Same thought, I also noticed on 3rd down if Fatman bounces that to the outside, he has Ioane in front of him and he walks in.

Wouldnt be surprised if Franklin doesnt have them ready...win...but 27-20.
Penn State can and probably will drop in the rankings in coming weeks even after a win…
This is where we disagree with the Obligatory cast...style points are very much in play.
Its only fitting that the white out game will unwatchable for many..Peacock only...

Florida literally just said they are keeping their coach, get ahold of yourself.
@KJdatdude77 and we all know that they will tell us what they intend to do ?
@@KJdatdude77 Watch Florida upset Texas or LSU this year.
The last win was 2016 and not everybody was mad about the election result
Penn State can't run the ball since Singleton got injured in the Illinois so this game will be closer than it should be. Penn State 27-20
KLS has more yards receiving at Auburn than PSUs 3 WRs combined....great job Lambert Smith getting away from mediocrity.

Why does NO ONE ask Franklin to give a LARGE% of his salary to N.I.L.?
