- What a pain in the ass, but it was all worth it in the end. I wish I had a video to follow when fitting it myself, I don’t believe there’s a tutorial out there in detail, for the rs3 8p. You certainly have to use your own head rather than following the crap instruction manual.

This is awesome! My biggest gripe at the moment is people waffling through DIY videos, everyone watching this take it as an example of how to make an engaging, to the point video with clear steps of the instructions 👏🏾 👏🏾
Excellent job mate well done, looks great 👍
Thanks very much mate 👌🏼👌🏼🔥
Another good video bro...🙂..keep em coming...2000 subscribers will soon be yours👍
Much appreciated mate! I certainly will do 😎 2k next milestone 👀
Well done for sticking with it, if it was me I’d probably have thrown that splitter over the nearest fence haha
Is looking sweet as with that splitter now fitted👌🏻
Hahaha trust me mate, off camera I was raging inside 🤣 but managed to get it done in the end 🔥 much appreciated mate 😎 very please
Looks banging tbf. Niceone Autobay. Intercooler, exhaust and a fat dirty induction kit next then 😉🙏❤
Thanks very much mate! I love how it’s looking now 🔥 don’t tempt me 🙈 we may have a small performance mod on the way on the meantime however 😜
Looks good
Thank you 👌🏼
Good job man it's looking great! Never that straight forward to put on those things!
Thanks very much mate! You’re not wrong 🤣👌🏼
where can i buy that top plastic part , with 3 bolts do i have to take off the whole front of the car like you to access the bolts ?
Online Facebook pages, some people sell them there, or eBay, of someone is breaking for parts. And yes mate the whole bumper must be removed
Amazing car 🔥, i love rs3 8p , is it a grey nardo ?
Thanks mate! Much appreciated, this colour is called suzuka grey metallic
Just ordered a maxton lip for my civic and something so little changed the looks of the cars
I love how much of an impact the make, it really improves the look fo the car 🔥🔥
I've read some bad reviews about maxton splitters. How did the it hold up this past year mate? Thanks
Mine is still spot on today mate, can’t fault it at all
Had the same issue with my under tray 😒 it’s currently sat in the shed 😂
Such a pain in the ass mate 🤣 I don’t blame you 😂👌🏼
@@AutoBay you’ve done the right thing mate. I plan to put it back on at some point!
Yes mate defo get it done 😎
Brother , is this can be fitted on 2006 A3 8p?
This will not fit that year mate, but I imagine they will sell one designed for your shape 👌🏼
That is a very good cleaver job
Thank you mate!
Oh wow, Thor is doing work on his car... must be Jane's.
If you’re calling me Thor... I’ll happily take that as a compliment 🤣👌🏼
Hello what is the name of those wheels?
Genuine Audi RS3 8P rotas 19”
Have you declared the mods on your insurance?
Yes mate everything 👍🏼 im with admiral
what year is your car bro?
2012 mate
You know you can just peel off the Maxton logo if it’s off centre
Of course bud, it’s a sticker haha 👌🏼👍🏼
I was just making the point of it making it slightly harder to line up, as the focal point is the Maxton logo. Cheers mate
Well this has put me off buying one, good job though well done
Certainly a pig to do mate... once it’s on its amazing 🔥 at least you got to see this before realising half way through installing your own 🤣👌🏼
@@AutoBay i’ve been looking at nutserts what are your thought?
@@999Dixon999 sorry mate I’m not familiar with it, what is that?
@@AutoBay they are a metal sleeve you insert into a drilled hole, it is threaded so you can use a bolt, you use a special tool to insure the sleeve is secure and doesn’t move, i’m just wondering if that would work and save taking the bumper off, there are videos on youtube of the nutsert
@@999Dixon999 ahh I see mate, does it have the same function as self tapping screws? Simply fix from below without removing anything?
I feel that the strength is vital, therefore taking off the bumper and using the bolts provided will be your best bet. But if your confident the down force won’t rip out your fixings, then go for it mate
Lol ...
Lmao
