Thanks for making those tests. Can you try arming the bike and then manually shut it off with the switch on the bike? I want to see if the alarm goes off or if it just shuts it off.
If you press the unlock button, the bike can turn off, but the alarm isn't set. Give it a try and try pushing the bike around to see if the alarm will go off 🚨
Took around 3 months. A little over 90 days. I picked it up at their office in Thousand Oaks, so it was faster (and cheaper). If you have it shipped to you, it will take an extra 2-3 weeks.

Wait, you held the lock button for 4 seconds to set the alarm? I thought it was unlock, then lock to set the alarm.

I ordered mine on Halloween 2020 and still waiting for delivery... last I heard its in Oklahoma.
