Diablo four is dog shit all they do is cater to the barbarian which is not bad but they forget about every other character and then when they do make a good balance they end up fucking something up.

Ice Shards and other core skills need to be buffed and also aspects and legendaries need a huge upgrade to make the class at least viable

My barb fortified in one hit for 20k+ life that's more than my entire HP pool of my sorceress
Sorceress needs buff to all skills, needs boss damage increase, and they need to fix and buff sorceress barriers. They need to give sorceress 1 or 2 extra enchantment slots and extra ring slots to make her decent

@@LastAphelion They are buffing all uniques for season 5, not for the PTR though, so in PTR and bleed version it won't be good, but in season 5 crit/op version u will most likely use Overkill

Because they're setting it up for future use like maybe trading. This could be the currency the game needs because we all know gold is just not it. They should also make neathiron tradeable.

Super excited for the death blow build! I wonder if the overkill unique mace can be used? Hopefully they also rework it a bit with added tempering stat and changing the cooldown reset.
Yea Overkill should also be reworked with recent unique changes - we will see in just 2 days 💪🏻
Finally some love for death blow. Played it every season with whirlwind barb. Could spam death blow during whirlwind and it reset every time when u killed a enemy and could stay like this all time in beserker mode. Was most fun build for me but never saw it somewhere. So could nearly spam it non stop but was crap for bosses as didnt reset on bosses.
Yeah, another barb build is really what the game was missing.
With the deathblow build would it be beneficial to run overkill because of the reduced fury cost from the 2nd charge plus the added aoe?
bro leap is a cooldown skill and is reset mechanism works perfectly with the new unique boot

I was looking the deadblow planner... and using the new sword, cant you add the plus to all core skill level from the gloves and the helm deadblow skill form the helm and have lv 20 deadblow skill?
So what is exactly is the imposing presence nerf? How much will it impact health overall value wise I only ask because currently it’s rough for myself also others surviving and it’s not even nerfed yet

I just got a triple greater aspect overkill with ranks to deathblow I'm beyond stoked for that build.

They nerfed every druid build. Wind Shear lost 65% damage. Tornado lost 37% damage. Lightning Storm lost 37% damage. Hurricane lost 36% damage. Looks like some sick barb builds again. Glad the devs are spending time on that.

You actually missed the biggest nerf. Thunderstruck is now capped to 40% 😮
Isn’t the Flay Duration change a big nerf to Flay? You can’t temper that on weapons anymore, which means no more 2H temper bonus.

I was hoping they would be account based. So if you had some left over you could craft an Uber or 2 to get builds up and running. They either need to do that or have a similar way to easily farm the sparks/ubers like they did this season.
What concerned me is the nerf of the vulnerable legendary node that now is kept at 45%
I like how they are taking many of the talents most people weren’t using and just combining them into other talent’s then making new ones
I predict Deathblow costing between 50-60 fury
hopefully it will be just 40 fury

Regarding a potential Third Blade/Death Blow build: Is Unbridled Rage just a dead passive at this point?
If it stays at just 100% yeah. I think it would have to be buffed to at least 120% to make it worth using over Unconstrained for example.

12:12 I think it just means you'll be able to Fortify when hitting non-stunned targets with Bash, so we don't need Strategic Rallying Cry anymore
It would be cool if Death Blow got an even more multiplier for consuming all fury for a massive hit. Potentially one shoting bosses.
flay duration being utility now is a nerf in the regard that you don´t get double effectiveness from 2-handed weapons. On the other hand, you can use grandfather now.
Grandfather for Flay now when Flay duration moves to utility temper slot? I mean it doubles your Gushing Wounds multiplier and GW wasn't nerfed it seems 😅

one thing that's not noted for my Necro boys
since they're going out of their way to buff Blood Moon Breeches and allow minions to Overpower I see no reason why those things aren't going to be active together in that Minions will inherit that benefit as well, alongside a way to probably guarantee Overpower's for minions (or at least Golem's) through Blood Orbs or whatnot.
Barb lads, you enjoy all this. looks like maybe some really fun variety next season.
Every Overpower passive, even Rathmas, refers to "your next Blood skill overpowers", and as far as I know the Blood Golem does physical damage so I think our minions are Stuck with the base 3% chance...
@@kevuz94 that is very possible, but I still think we could see that change with some itemization or glyph changes not mentioned in notes. We'll see for 100% tomorrow when PTR goes live, but there's also a nice window of feedback time for them to implement it before S5 full release.

According to maxgg, Deathblow cost 40, rupture is 60, steel grasp is 25
Spiritborn is actually Diablo 4's Captain Planet. It will combine the powers of Necro, Sorc, Rogue and Druid so that the game will have a class capable of nipping at the heels of the Barb.

let's buff Barb where Flay is doing 1.500.000.000 bleeding dmg per second and can Rupture for 150.000.000.000 and let's nerf Necro and Druid - Hahahahahaha
9 (4 ravens, 2 creepers, 3 wolves) companions (with +1 companion) even on amulet (+20x% per companion) = 180x% damage and they just removed it - Hahahahahaha
But they will buff skills by 2x% to compensate - Hahahahaha. Not to mention all the Nerfs Necro and Sorc will get.

Druid main here. I am hopeful that the buffs they have added to some of the core skills will make up for it. I know Druid is t the strongest class but everyone loves playing pits with my Druid. So I’m more of a support Druid that can still kill quite well.
in terms of overall power. Yes barb went nut’s especially after the “loot” change. But the reasons for the change is the barb was so boring to play. The skills didn’t synergize very well.
A lot of these changes are making barb FUN to play. The power creep is just a consequence of that.
I do feel for Druid. I do think they have any idea in what direction they want to go with the class.
@@Zutang777 agreed with both points. It’s clear that there are barb players within the dev team with the changes to charge (season 3) , WW (season 4), and many of the other setups. It also helps when the player base is playing the character and providing feedback. Not many Druid players.
Druid decisions are very disconnected from the class as a whole. For example, rabies will never be a good end game build. Additionally, Creating a unique 2 handed weapon for Druid that works off of earth skills is completely disconnected from the Druid. All of the earth skills have a chance to cast twice temper but you are unable to temper a unique which in turn, makes the unique a bad decision to run. If the team played the class they would recognize that’s a bad idea or create a unique stat that give X% chance for all earth skills to cast twice on the unique.

Death Blow/Bash/Bleed Build is gonna be the easy play
I hope gushing wound gets a cap and I hope some of the new items allow for better direct dmg scaling, the bleed dmg numbers just don't make me feel good, seeing the yellow, blue, orange numbers is what I live for when playing d4..
gushing wounds should not work with berserk ripping, imo. feels like a proc that procs a proc

Ahh attack speed WW change could be a buff or a nerf, Diablo 2 R style. Now if WW attacks faster, and we shoot out tornadoes faster because of that..
Of course in this season I decided to play thorns right from the start, even before it became popular and now I have another eternal realm character that sucks balls. Thank you blizzard, I cannot wait and I am honestly hoping with all my heart I love POE2 so I can stop suffering with your bs all the time.

It seems like they're making a barbillion changes to anyone and everyone that isn't barb... I'm really concerned that they're making one class op. I wish there was the same level of attention to all of the classes.

@regisdolci3324 yea I un-installed yesterday. My barb got obliterated in a tier 6. My necro did tier 4 and 5 and the rewards where an absolut joke (5 unless legendary's). They fun I had in S4, is non existent in S5 PTR....

Nah, after the ptr the will buff sorcs a bunch without testing it after everyone complains and they'll be busted. This is the way.
@@christophermartin1315 This makes no sense. We are over a year in and Sorc is just a poorly designed class with limited scope. You say "buffs", do you mean making dmg numbers bigger? That is not what I am talking about. If you gave sorcs 10000% increase in damage right now where they just one shot everything it would still be a sh*t class.
TL;DR: Barbs have a lot of thought put into their class mechanics... Sorc don't. Read those notes, nothing for sorc is fixed (except flame shield).. just numbers being pushed around.

S5 looks like a comeback of the spinner toy hype
bro these barb builds are not even fan favorites. it’s like a small percentage that actually like barb as a main. the rest only play it because it’s meta and necessary. This is why people leave the game. We have to wait another five seasons or so for the devs to actually do something cool with the sorcs meteors or frozen orb or to mod the weapons to have an actually amazing mechanic interaction. We all know the actual fastest builds are nerfed right now because Blizzard wants to extend the length of their game for marketing purposes. Really annoying that they pretend to be doing stuff for the community meanwhile they really are trying to squeeze every penny they can out of them.
flay got huge nerf, it is gonna lose 2 twohanded and 2 onehanded and gets just pants ,boots and amulet instead at the best which means it's gonna lose 50% duration plus paragon nerf that for flay build it's above 90% now which means it is gonna be another 50% nerf. It hit hard and won't be a S+ or even S
They almost double the frequency of warton rupture so it should stay around similar
@@Rob2628 for every 50%nerf we need 100% buff to recover last dmg number and there is 2 50% nerfs and one 100% frequency buff, if we keep the calculation simple, the dmg will be nerf 50% but in reality my calculation shows it's gonna be higher even up to 75% nerf.
heres a QoL thing we need to advocate for: NO MORE DUNGEON RESETS TO DO VARSHAN/GRIGOR/DURIEL/Etc!!! make it like the summon thing in helltides, so we can speed run our mats without the tedious garbage of zone out reset zone in etc!! omg please blizzard!!

PTR gives an idea of what will come, but it will never be exactly like PTR.

Barbarian is basically a noob class now. They are already the most OP class, they HAVE been the most OP class and in season 5 they get only buffs and no nerfs so playing barb should be easy mode while all the other classes struggle. We should see 99% of players playing barb and therefore season 5 will be the worst season yet because class balance is way out of whack. One class is disparagingly stronger than every other class. Typical Blizzard game.
My bash bleed barb on PTR now hit like a butterfly..... it really sucks how it got nerfed
With these thorns barb nerfs i don't think ill be playing season 5 tbh, there was literally one way to play thorns barb and they gutted everything that made it work sad to see tbh
