Thanks for watching yet another mad moment of mine. I do enjoy the outdoor range time. The VP9 and I were not working well together; I was missing targets more than expected. The trigger, although excellent, seemed a bit stiff just before the break. That might have been throwing me off a bit. Not an excuse, though. I just could have done better.

I can relate to this review. When was this VP9 manufactured? I got my VP9 in 2014 right when they were available at a local shop near me. I like the paddle release. The slide on mine is not cut for an optic. I enjoy it and it’s a pleasure to train with even when I’m feeling fatigued and weak due to chronic medical issues. I’ve used mostly 115gr in mine; though, it’s a little finicky with cheaper 115gr reloads. I think it’s time I switch it up a little with some 124 and 147. Thanks for the synopsis. Hope you are well. Stay safe.

Thanks for watching and commenting. I don't know when the pistol was made. It belongs to my Son-In-Law and it is back in his hands now. Like you, I like the paddle mag release and it did not take me long to get used to it. For defensive use, I like to go heavy on the lead and the pistol ran fine with the two Sig Sauer 147-grain rounds that I had. I especially like the full customizable grip, although I did not make any changes.
A full review is coming out shortly.
