EASY & TASTY! Golden Turmeric Jasmine Rice Recipe ｜ Aunty Mary Cooks. This jasmine Thai rice cooked with turmeric turns it into a beautiful golden rice which is healthy. With other ingredients added, this rice is very delicious on it own. It goes very well with curry, like the creamy butter chicken potato curry. Link below. Ingredients
6 cups rice, wash (use rice cup to measure the rice)
30g butter
3/4C evaporated milk (measuring cup)
3 pieces chicken stock cubes, crumble
1&1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 garlic, peel and finely chopped
1 knob ginger, slice thinly
1 onion, peel and dice
