The case mentioned at 15:10 of the boys being raped was solved. The man who committed the crimes, 19 year old Vincent Byas, was severely schizophrenic and was detained in a secure mental hospital.

Something that was passed down from the old days when calls were manually connected by an operator - they often got it wrong and put people through to the wrong number. The person receiving the call would say their number to make sure the call was actually for them.
That nonce in the beginning should never have been free after his previous conversations and having his sentence reduced on appeal wtaf should never b free imo.
