    I prefer explosive leg workouts, I feel like it best for sports and make you feel lite on your feet. it also helps with balance, keep it up!

    If I can’t do the kneeling squat jumps yet , would the split squat jumps + squat jumps help get there? Or is there something I could do to get to that level of explosivity?

      @@NeroMMA gotcha sir, I did 1 minute for 3 sets of both the split squat jumps and squat jumps last night, it was just the kneeling ones that I couldn’t do to save my life, you made them look so easy lol but I’ll work on it to be able to do them 🙏

      It develops speed yes, and you should never reach failure when working for speed. Low reps, 2-4 explosive and fast reps.. then rest and go again when you have recovered

      I’ve seen ppl use weights for squat jump but never for the first two, prob use a weighted vest

      You can! But there are more effective ways to do that. And you dont have to run 😂

      It can help increase acceleration, but definitely not stamina. Best way to build stamina is to jog 45 minutes, 5 times a week. You will see the results in about 4 to 6 months. Just don't cheat. If you are running out of stamina quick, you are not doing it right. Go slower but keep jogging, and when you recover pick up the pace again.

      if u re working cardio too u can do a circuit training for exemple ; 30 seconds exercice 30 rest , 30 seconds 2nd ex 30 seconds rest , 30secs 3rd ex 30 seconds rest ; and this for 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , , 8 sets it depend ur level ;) . Between sets i advice u to do 1.30 until 5 minutes rest , it depend ur level again :). maybe u do more and more rest between sets for the lasts sets .

      Nah, you're good man 😂 HOWEVER, make sure to use proper form when you are lifting heavy weights. If you crack your growth plate (a portion of your bone) you can really mess up your growth.

    Best way to get explosive leg power is to start a bike
