"Good Grief is a 1990 Fox television sitcom that aired for one season of 13 episodes.
The show was about a funeral home called 'The Sincerity Mortuary' in Dacron, Ohio run by strait-laced Warren Pepper (Joel Brooks), his sister Debbie (Wendy Schaal), and her flamboyant husband Ernie Lapidus (Howie Mandel), who was determined to "put the 'fun' back in 'funeral.'" Tom Poston and Sheldon Feldner played assistants Ringo Prowley and Raoul, respectively."
    Original air date: 1990.09.30

The onion thing looks like something Howie would do on stage back in the day if he was going to pretend to cry about something.😊😊😅😂

Are there any more of these anywhere? I'm really looking for Episode 11- The Bear. I can't find it anywhere.
I seem to remember watching it and thinking "They must have already been cancelled and needed one more episode, so they just improv-ed this one." Anyone else remember it like that?

Bit like a Michael Keaton soufflé ... might have made a nice dark comedy movie.

Nice. Would like to see the back half of the season, but it's good we even get this much for a 30 year old show.

Why not? Everything doesn't need to be serious all the time. I'm so glad I come from a generation that can separate real life from a joke
