- The President's chief Secret Service Agent, Jerome Daggett, makes a humiliating error and is demoted to the "B team," where he has to contend with the First Lady and her eccentric staff.
This is close to the version that ultimately aired on TV, but scenes with Sarah Hagan and Joanna Garcia were reshot with Lea Moreno becoming the sole first daughter.

Delta as usual looked incredible. She is as good and funny as ever. What a gal!
I remember this show! I was so excited to see Delta Burke.

Wow that is JoAnna Garcia Swisher as the younger blonder daughter-her pre-Cheyenne Hart days. Cool.

Funny show. I was a fan until it was taken off of the air. David Alan Grier and Delta Burke were hilarious together.
At 2:00 ... daughter asks if Kid Rock can come over for dinner. Parents say, "No!" Fast forward... Kid Rock is hanging at the White House in real life.
NOT anymore!
@@jusssayin480 Thank goodness!
9:00 I was on the fence about this show and the gawdawful laugh track, but the little dog sold me!
that growling always gets me.
Great cast and great writing. I enjoyed the show.
It served as a vehicle for comedian David Alan Grier (formerly of In Living Color) and former Designing Woman star Delta Burke.
Love this show! Have you got any more episodes?
Delta Burke was my childhood BBW crush as a kid ❤
Saw almost every episode of this show when it aired (why, I have no idea, it wasn't good), and about the only things I can remember at this point are that Hedy Burress -- who survived the pilot firings/reshoots -- got fired after the pilot just so NBC could shove in Geraldine Laybourne's totally untalented daughter. That and the "sad" ending in which Daggett quit and Delta Burke looked like she was going to cry. You and the viewers both, Delta.
I never saw this one - I think k she is a wonderful comedian and actress.
Wait a minute...was that the man from the show Sledge Hammer who played the husband of the 1st Lady? 🤦 #iwatchedalotoftvasakid
Yup, that's David Rasche. His role was recurring, the focus was on Grier and Burke.
Is that the voice actress on futurama?
Lauren tom
Yes it is.

NBC never gave these shows a chance . Same with Joey . And the Whoopi Goldberg hotel snow and I think another Cosby show .. at least give shows 3 seasons at least
Oh please, it is isn't good by episode two or just isn't good, period. 3 seasons to "get good". That's like saying, "Oh, it's a great book. You just have to wait until you get the last page before it really grabs you."
@@phillipstroll7385 "Oh please"... Karen troll. Yet here u r on yer lard-arse commenting.
@@billhosko7723 awww truth hurts Bill
So they recasted one daughter and eliminated the other
SMART CHOICE! Lol
What station this was on? I kinda remember this show?
NBC
THREEDOM!!!
Break out your gibbets!!
i think this vid had more views now then when it aired lol
ouch
Nbc shows shoulda gave this show a chance sams with Joey
Ideat (sic) "lol".
God, is this tedious or what! ?
I must've been joking, it's hillarious, or maybe I had a bad clam or summat
David Allen Grier shoulda been a bigger star I think he turned down some films
@@radi2986 really? What's so great about him? What's different about him than any other? Delta Burke was the star of that show. She should have been more of a star, oh and Hedy Burress.
No more than yer "tedious" post Karen. Yes, Karen.
