You look beautiful ❤ Im 12 years old and im still figuring out my hair curler thank you so much for helping me!
I for one am really glad you had phone recording problems because I actually searched RUclips for short Le Duo styler demos! I ordered mine before Christmas and sadly the hair care products have leaked into the box and aren't working with satisfactory styled results. I'll use your techniques since my hair length is similar to yours and pray for better results. I have normally hard to curl hair and being postmenopausal it's dryer. My hair is very moisturized from washing it this morning, so I'm so thankful to have found your video for my morning work routine. Thank you again!
Well thank you. I appreciate that. I hope it works for you as well. Glide down slow. Don’t turn the heat up all the way. Add some hairspray or texturizing spray beforehand. See how it goes. 🤞
Love the tutorial and also your brown top , where did you get it ? 😊
Very helpful. The tips you're giving are specific and unique. Thank you!
You make it look so easy! I just got this and am having trouble making curls! I’m going to keep practicing!
Same! I can do my left side but not my right side! Ugh
Try gliding slower down the hair. That was my problem. Also try adding a light hairspray or texturizing spray prior if you have fine hair.
I’m better with my left side too. Maybe because I’m right handed and when I do the right side I hold it with my left hand. No idea. Haha
I'm the same. Have tried and tried and about to return it until seeing her video and will give it another go.
@@dddoomsday that's my problem EXACTLY! I can do the left but not the right. Did you find a solution in this year that has passed? lol
Your hair is beautiful!!!! Im in my late 50s and im letting my hair grow out long again.its so much more I can do styling my hair at a good length, although sometimes its very easy wash it dry in and style with a blow dryer with short hair.its just I like wearing different styles always playing around with my straightener trying to get those pretty curls I think I've finally gotten it..Tks 4 Sharing ..
Thx so much for the video and great tips. I just got the Lange duo and did my daughter’s long fine hair, but didn’t curl as well and didn’t know what products to use. So this was very helpful and when my 14 yr old will let me attempt doing her hair again, I’m going to follow your tips to make the curl hold better. 😊
Practice practice. Mine didn’t look so great the first time I did mine. Glide slow. Hairspray before I curl always helps a ton with my fine hair.
Try a sea salt texturizing spray on her dry hair before heat styling, that will hold the curl!
Just got mine today! Played for a while. You are so beautiful!! Thanks for the lesson!
I just got this for Christmas so I'm here hoping to learn your technique 🥰 So far i seem to only be straightening it lol. Thx for the video btw you're so beautiful
Thank you 😘. Did you get the regular one or the Grande?
@@CarrieAbrego I got the regular. I'm gonna try again this weekend 🙈
@@shabliegarcia6102 dang I like the Grande so much more. Glide down hair slow and steady. Don’t turn the heat up all the way either. Sometimes too hot doesn’t mean better curls.
Love your hair color! I wish they would hurry and get the dark brown shampoo in stock. They've been out for 3 months now. Ugggg! It's the only shampoo I trust.
You’re stunning! I just purchase this and excited to use it. I love the option of the straightener as well. Hopefully my hair turns out as pretty as yours ❤️
😂😂
Mine is coming in the mail tomorrow and I can not wait! Thanks for this tutorial! Also you are so beautiful
How did it go w it? Worked
Wow, this seems an awesome device!
It's so strange that only 2 days ago I thought why the flat iron is flat and not round-shaped, so it can be used easier for the curling option? And now I see this here, but even better with those air-slots!
I know! It’s pretty cool. I really like it.
I just bought one the steam straightener? Yes the air pockets are wonderful!!! Owasso about ready to chunk the $100.00 Straightener..since learning to use..its Awesome!!!!!!!
Oops flat iron should I say
My bf got me this for Christmas so when I finally used it, I didn't get the results I wanted so this helped alot
I got this straightener at a yard sale for $10 I’m excited to use it
Love your eye makeup! Thanks for the tutorial!
Thank you. Here is a link to the look. ruclips.net/video/Ug1aZ5uG16c/видео.html
You did a great job! I got this for Christmas it definitely takes practice that's for sure🥰
Thats so pretty! I just got mine in so I'm trying to learn how to use it. But I think it works better with short hair, right? My hair is to my butt, it's pretty long.
Awesome tutorial! I am still struggling using my Le duo but this helps, thank you! Can I ask where your swear is from? It’s gorg!
Thank you. It’s from REN Boutique a couple years ago but she has cute stuff. renboutique.shop
Gorgeous! I wasn’t sure I was sold until I saw this and heather Haigler’s video!
Yay hope you’re liking it!!
Why do you use hairspray before curling it? Doesn't it make the plates stick to your hair? Or does it make it "glide" more?
Wow professional hair straightener air flow
Love your hair curls ! Such a pretty woman I’m having issues on the curls how long do we leave the curler part on and can I spray after or before to hold it better since my hair is more straight ? And flip inward always ? Some reason I hardly get any curl
Question - was there a reason you got the regular size rather than the grande (for longer than shoulder length hair)? I’m trying to decide which size to get.
Which size did you get? I’m trying to figure that out too. My hair is just below the shoulder. So not too long but not too short.
I love your eyeshadow! Which one is it?
Love this curling iron!
Are you using just a regular hair spray? Does that help a lot because my hair is also hard to curl. Can the hairspray damage your using it with a hot hair device? I just got my Le Duo and will definitely need help. Thanks for the informative video.
It’s a flexible hold hairspray. So it’s lightweight and doesn’t make your hair stiff. Applying hairspray beforehand is okay to use. Just make sure your hair is dry before using the Le duo.
What kind of flat iron is the one you are using
This video helped me so much!!!!! Thank you😁
Your hair looks amazing!
Thank you!
Random, what lipstick are you wearing? It's really pretty yet natural looking!

Hi! Great hair! While I haven't used this tool, I use a tool that is similar.
Just an observation, I don't think you need to twist the iron as much as you do. I noticed the end result is not as loose or wavy as curl trends are today. Have you tried this without twisting as much?
Also, have you tried this and not curling through to the ends, and letting them drop out of the iron? I'm curious as to how that will look. I personally like my ends to be less curly.
Lastly, I think I counted 7 products in your hair. I personally feel, and this is just my opinion, that is a bit overkill. With all those products in your hair, how long does your look last? My curls lady me 3-4 days, less if I use too much product.
I'm glad I came across this tutorial. I really want to try this product.
If I want my curls to last I prefer to make it more curly day one. Each day it gets looser and looser then. I have very fine hair so my hair doesn’t hold curl as well as someone with normal or course hair. So product is everything for me. The more product the better. Obviously too much can have an opposite effect so a little of each product I use works well for me. Each of the products serve a different purpose.
I have dexterity issues so I often burn myself using a curling wand and a regular non rounded flat iron leaves weird kinks and it’s difficult to twist. I hope this type of tool will be the answer.
What hair spray?
Can you tell me the products you used with your Lange ?
Yep. I have them all listed in the description. I think you have to click on it to expand it to see maybe. Let me know if you have questions after seeing that. 😁
Where did you get that sweater ??
I love your earrings!
Thanks. They’re from Ren Boutique. She has really cute things. Https://renboutique.shop
Looks beautiful! How do you wear it before bed to keep the curls? Do you put in bun or wrap a scarf or ...?
Every once in awhile I will put it up in a loose pony with a silk scrunchie (the L’ange ones I use) and wrap it just once…maybe twice and put it at the top of my head. However, I am one that really doesn’t worry much if they stay or not the next day. I can just do some touch ups to a few pieces if needed. I’m more worried about having my hair up when I sleep and creating breakage to my hair so I try not to put it up very often.
How do those girls have perfect hair all day?
They use a million products.
Ohhhhhhhh!!
Thank you for the tutorial and review. ☺️
Exactly! Product is everything. 😂🤷🏼♀️
Thanks for this tutorial. What kind of lipstick are you wearing? Perfect nude shade
Thank you. I love it. It’s more like a pinky nude. Here’s a link to the look with the lip liner and liquid lipstick bit.ly/39ZNydd
What color is your hair, how do you get the color done?
This is what my stylist says she does…
It’s so tough because toning is not a one size fits all situation. I tone for the persons hair and how it lifts to get the desired tone. If I tell them exactly what I mix for you it probably won’t look the same because their hair is not your hair. I tend to use describing words instead of the actual formula for that reason. You can tell her I do a baby light foil lifted to a level 9/10, when toning I smudge the root out with a level 7 and tone the rest with a level 9 beige blonde (it’s a mix of warm and cool colors).
What is your lipstick, if you don't mind me asking? It's perfect! I just got the duo. Love how it glides through your hair.
Yay so glad you love it too. My lipstick is this one... p.yq.link/54kh4hg

I absolutely love the shape of your eyebrows!!! Can you give me some information on how to get that shape?
I got them tattooed on, but she said she followed my natural brow for the most part. I think microblading (tattooing) you can probably shape them…if you have enough brows to wax them they can shape them that way too. Or if you fill them in yourself you can do what you want with them and draw them on however. ☺️
Why do you think my le duo does not easily "glide" on the right side? The left side is super easy and glides fine.
She makes it look so easy😩
i can’t do it 😩 it’s literally so har
I thought she made it look hard I have this and it doesn’t take this much effort I’ve never curled my hair before getting This and it was so simple and quick and perfect curls
@@destinym2201 i’m very slow i don’t comprehend very well
Love the hair, but I am curious where you got the sweater, so cute?!
It’s now out of stock but she has a lot of cute things. Code CARRIE10 will save you a little bit too if you do end up getting something. Here’s the website to the boutique: renboutique.shop
Also I was wondering my hair is in between the shoulder level and a couple of inches longer would I benefit more from the smaller one? It just seems like the only thing that concerns me is it doesn't give much body to the roots in the curl.
I like the longer Grande one better. Get that one if you haven’t yet
How is your hair so silky and not frizzy?
Gorgeous curls !
Thank you!
Where did you get the cardigan your wearing? I love it!
I got it from here renboutique.shop
I think it’s sold out but she has a lot of other cute items. She’s a good friend of mine. If you have any questions she has an Instagram and Facebook and you can message her. Code CARRIE10 will save ya a little too if you end up finding something else you love.
@@CarrieAbrego thanks hun
You did a fantastic job! May I ask where you got your T-shirt?
Thank you. It’s a tank top from express. Couple years old.
How much product can you possibly use in your hair?
Love your makeup, too. Thank you. You're gorgeous.
Thank you. Here’s the products I used for this makeup look...

What brand of hair spray did you just use?
I use the Lange Trois Chic hairspray
Ur so pretty!!!
Beautiful!
Thanks for doing this video. I've been looking at this, and seeing a video really helps...
I already have the Le Cinq, Original Dryer, Aplatir, and Le Gloss, but don't like how the Aplatir makes my hair when I try to do Beach waves, and I know I can get them with a wand, but my hair is so long that I like having a break from holding it when I can.
I LOOOOVE L'ange's products... Their Tres Chic hairspray is so nice! I love how you can change the spray consistency. I stocked up on products when they had a $10 sale a while back... Gotta love that sale they have...Hahaha!
So glad they came back with the wider straightener as well! My hair is to my butt, so it's much easier with the wider one.
By the way, your hair is GORGEOUS!!! I love the coloring!!!
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thanks girl! And thank you for sharing what you love. I agree with everything. To be honest I never recommend the Aplitir. I have the Le Rêve and I love that one. My bestie bought the Aplitir to save money and she didn’t like it. When she first tried it we were on vacation together so I got to try it out too. It’s definitely not as good as the Le Rêve. I also never recommend the Ondule. Always the Lustre wand. I am personally not a fan of the hair tools where you can’t adjust the heat, because I have fine hair and always lower the temperature to around 300-360. So for the hair tools you really do get what you pay for.
With your long hair I bet the waves from the Le Gloss are gorgeous. 🥰🥰🥰
@@CarrieAbrego
I completely agree with the temp control.
The curls are pretty, it just takes a while to do it (still quicker than with a curling iron though), so I don't do it a lot. I also like how the curls stay longer with a wand.
Even my barely 8 year old daughter's hair is to her butt. It's very ironic too, because she was bald for so long as a baby/toddler... like until she was 14 months, and then even up until she was 4, her hair was super short and curly. Now it's pretty much straight, and past her waist. I'm going to cut it soon though. Not a lot, but so when she showers, it's not getting stuck in an awkward place in the back....
Hahaha! Yes, it's _that_ long.
😂😂😂😂😂
Which one is better for long hair the pink or the black?
They are the same, but I’d go with the Le Duo Grande
WOW!I LOVE YOUR HAIR
Thank you!
It really works
Very cute! Thank you!
You are a very beautiful woaman! I can't stop looking in your face.😊
What was the name of the hairspray you used pre and post curl? Looks great
It’s Trois Chic three way hairspray...

Awesome!! Thank you!!
One of the hardest things to use does no TV work for me I give up
I have trouble keeping the curl. As soon as I take it through with fingers I lose curl.
Hmm…Are you using any products before you curl?
this is the le duo , not the duo grande(which is longer I think?
Can you list out the names of the products that you used in this video? Thanks!
Shoot I thought I had done this. I will add them.
What lip color are you wearing?
Yes! I want to know the same thing! Love it! And the eyeshadow combo looks great with the lips!

They say the Farrah Faucett is back in. This reminds me of her hair. Very pretty.
Thank you so much! Her hair was amazing!!
I can't wait to try this. However, it's crazy how many hair products you use. Like 8 different products. It's just too high maintenance for me
Yep I love my products. Have you already purchased it? If not I recommend the le duo grande over the regular le duo
What eyeshadow do you use?
It’s a younique palette. Palette 6. Here’s a link to the products used for this look...

I did exactly what you did MY HAIR DOES NOT CURL AT ALL
My curls do not hold at all. I have never had a issue with any other tool. Not too happy.
That was a lot of products
You're a doll. But it's pronounced Rooot like in moon, Not rut, you would not say mun. You did a great job showing product. I just purchased it.
i hate how she says root but pretty hair !!!!
😂 must be a Minnesota thing
Doesn’t the thumb rest get in the way doing the curling from over the top of your head? Looks uncomfortable. Lol
For me that’s an awful lot of different products as I don’t wash my hair every day. 🤷🏻♀️
His
This is confusing
Haha...just turn and pull girl...turn and pull 😉
That didn’t help at all
Way to much product in your hair
Way too much looking at yourself. Your losing your train of thought
She was having technical difficulties.. So I’m sure she was looking to see if she was still recording. She also said her phone was shutting off.
I don’t think she’s a regular L’ange user. I didn’t finish watching the video.
