Thanks for your patience - FYI - I tend to post pix on IG first, see how the audience reacts AND if there are above-average numbers, I recon it might be a good candidate for a video tour. Then I check with the agent, arrange with owner, find a suitable day/time, go shoot, then edit, AND then it gets published. This whole process can easily take 3-4 weeks' time...

Just wanted to ask, do all the houses on your shows come with the furniture?
Great question - majority of homes are sold WITHOUT furniture. Oftentimes, buyers & sellers will agree on furniture selection on the side (it's cleaner from a negotiation point of view, PLUS including furniture will mean a higher price and more registration taxes to be paid on your furniture, which doesn't make sense).

Great show by the way, your show is so interactive unlike others who just have a videographer walking through the house playing background music. I love how you have mastered the art of walking up or down the stairs backwards without the camera tilting. The day you need an extra camera man, who is willing to learn these tricks, send a message I will definitely avail myself. 👌
@mistynights Well, that furniture will be taxed if you include it as PART of a real estate transaction. Hence, better to reduce your price BUT negotiate on the side for the furniture. Two separate deals.
Cheers - it’s taken me (still is) a long time to get comfortable walking a certain way, trying to avoid pointing the camera up the tour guide’s rear end as we ascend the stairs, which is why you oftentimes see me doing the backward look/walk 🤓

It’s too small or too big. What am I going to do with it? Or I’m loving it!🤔
I guess in this case, these owners opted for an extended entertainment area instead.
