A nice one iin the price range. The.Interior Design and Colours are a little bit unstructured and hectic for.my Taste. But that are easy changes. Good Job as usual Xavier 👍
I honestly love the kitchen even though I can't cook but it is what it is 😂It's a very lovely home but the main bedroom was just monotonous or maybe it's the angles, the pjyama lounge with that built in cabinet it's a No for me. Love that is on the greenbelt spacious and you have some privacy. As always X thanks for taking us through 👌
I hear you, Lucky - I guess they used that cabinet as a partition to separate the different areas? As we mentioned there as well, replace it with a wall and you've got yourself a nicely secluded study/bedroom, PLUS another TV or payama area! I agree - main bedroom needs some TLC of sorts - I'd leave that for my wife to do! LOL
Watching from Australia and comparing what $650,000 gives you compared to R6,500,000 boggles my mind, $650k will get you 350m2, 3 bed 2 bath, no pool, single garage and a neighbour so close you can pass butter through the window to eachother
