Brian, This may be completely erroneous but I think that sometimes the owners cars are there and they do not want the viewer to have access to information like licence plate numbers, for safety. Or perhaps, the the place is a mess and is filled with junk and miscellaneous and showing that won't contribute to the feel of the space - they want to show the parts of the house that are beautiful? Present it at its best. The right footing. Just a thought 🤔💭

Maybe I value the garden a lot because the country I live in currently, the houses have no garden to talk about as they are very small and in summer people spent time in those small gardens doing barbecue and I feel so jammed or crowded in the garden 😂😂😂😂😂
