For those asking about the ingredients... I am assuming phase A is distilled water & glycerin then the little recipient are acrylate copolymer and propylene glycol. Phase B would be Ceteareth- 20/25 (granular form) heated with either PEG 40 hydrogenated castor oil or PEG 7 (not sure) . And I assume that, phase A and B are heated to 80 degrees celcius then mixed. Lastly once the temperature is below 60 degrees, fragrance and preservative are added. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I'm no expert, I only did some Googling.

Hello, yes you can enroll at anytime. When you enroll you will automatically be signed up for the next Mentored Semester and you can start taking the course on your own prior immediately after you purchase. The course is also Lifetime Course Access.
