When I was a lad, I was a very accomplished chorister and have sung solo in many cathedrals. The reverb in them is wonderful but this is in another scale. I describe the sensation as having given birth to something that lives, and independently of you, but only for a few seconds. A little longer in this cave though. I never sang another note in public after my voice broke and I could no longer make that beautiful sound. It broke my heart and I never truly recovered (now 48 yrs on from that time lol).
