Thank you for helping me fix my smoker. I just spun the blower fan blades and it started working. So simple but couldn't have done it without your advice.
Thank you for assisting folks who don't own your own brand. Just got our first smoker ever, and the "non-moving fan" tip was the exact issue I was encountering. Now I have to get to work on my Pork Brine for tomorrow's first smoking experience! God Bless you !
Great video! I did all the troubleshooting techniques you suggested. Turns out my Auger was jammed. I took it apart and fixed it myself rather than call a technician, however I would not of known how to troubleshoot it without your video. Should I ever need a repair or parts you guys will definitely be my shop. Thanks for the great information.
This video was fantastic. Thank you. The fan stopped working. We did as instructed with getting pencil and moving fan. We turned back on. The fan is now working, however, now the temp is way too high. Wont respond. Not sure why. Hope my husband doesn't decide to trash it. We just bought it brand new 4 months ago, and clean it after each use.
Brand new camp chef, I was getting so PO 'd, Its for our Xmas dinner. you saved it, thanks, what's with these fan issues after reading comments. wish folks would mention their brands! thxz!
I’m only getting 1.5v to the hot rod. I have a camp chef smokepro. Already R&R the hot rod. Still no ignition. That’s why I checked power. What do I need? Thanks in advance

My auger is always James every time I want to use it after I clean it out and it lights smoke comes out of the hopper the fan is running and has been replaced. Tried new pellets we have replaced the fan motor it has done this since we got it really wish I would have kept my Traeger and not wasted my money on this grill
So, I had to replace the hot rod in mine. No problem and it lights, but the auger does not turn. I completely cleaned the auger and it wasn't jammed. Spent $80 on a new auger motor and it still will not move pellets. Now what
i had same issue with camp chef pro this weekend. Maybe bad ground? im going to try a different circuit/plug and see if that works today. i sure hope its not the controller, smoker is fairly new and hardly used. This is 2nd time ive had issue.
