Does your bolt catch, bolt release have a spring, just picked up my GLFA 300 and the catch is not spring loaded, not
    Sure if that’s by design.

How’s it grouping? 30.06 in a AR10 platform is really intriguing lol.

@@cauliflowerears5240 waiting on parts and weather. Just got the optic mounted up last night. Nothing but wind and rain right now. Waiting on grip, Timney trigger, and Luth AR buttstock. Forecast shows rain all the way till Friday so my parts will most likely be in long before the weather clears. Trust me it's driving me nuts too

I have the GLFA 300. Accurate and reliable. Changed the factory break to a four port LMT break. Larue MBT trigger, Tubbs flat wire buffer spring, POF roller cam, Strike Industries extended charging handle lever,Battle Arms Safety, BCM rail covers, Luth PRS stock and grip. Had to install an off set buffer retention pin. There were three marks on the buffer from when the factory test fired. Every thing else was in spec.

@@p47rr I'm going to be going with the same stock, mako ARG43 grip, timney impact trigger, and I haven't decided if I have any reason at all to mess with the buffer or spring. I'll have to look into that roller cam deal to see what that's all about as that's the first I've even heard of it.

If you buy the POF roller cam. Wait till you have broke in the factory one. BCG all ways leaves marks until it’s broke in. I use mobile one grease on my bcg rails. Oil burns off way too fast. Tubbs buffer springs are amazing. More pressure when bolt is closed. Less pressure in the compressed position. Found on my AR10 rifles could run a lot of different loads. Eliminated case swipe. And gun always would lock back of last round. Guns are less finicky.

I bought one 6.5 creed, fit and finish is absolute garbage. Should have gone with my gut and got a name brand. Lifetime warranty isn't worth anything if company is crap.

@@tonybreeze7734 My upper receiver had burrs everywhere. Took 600 grit sand paper and carefully removed. What is strange to me was the hand guard and lower were fine. It’s crazy to me not to have someone clean up the upper before painting. Trigger pins fit perfectly. Some lowers you can squeeze the trigger when the safety is on. And you will see them wiggle. Barrel crown looks great on mine. Not much play between upper and lower. The barrel on the outside is not the greatest. And the muzzle break has lots of tool marks. Doesn’t hurt the function.
